服務態度奇差無比。提前訂的雙床房到了地方，那個大媽明明有雙床房卻騙説衹有大床房，一堆破爛理由繞來繞去就為了多圈錢。兇滴很，像誰欠她錢一樣。不按時交房，還説什麼要去查房，你算老幾啊？派出所查房都得有上級指示，拽的****似的，敗壞我們都勻的名聲。貴酒店這種服務，早日倒閉是比較好的。

服務態度特別差，還沒有梳子問前台要她説梳子本來就沒有的，還説不能多住人不然就加錢，12點之前退房打掃衞生的阿姨11點就敲門讓趕緊退房她好打掃衞生，牙刷都是打開過包裝的不知道別人使用過沒有房間還沒有衞生紙
