房間衞生還可以，就是感應燈晚上會亮，窗子不好關，但是服務還可以，周圍的飯店好多都是關門的，離市中心有4公里左右。

平常住酒店基本上都是打五星好評，這是第一次這麼強烈的想要給一個酒店打差評；
1、到了酒店前台人員一副愛理不理的樣子，連叫三遍才有迴應，一副借了她穀子還的是糠的感覺。
2、既然酒店在攜程上面提供了免費升房型的服務，我也就問一下，服務員給的迴應是酒店沒有這個優惠，不要隨時想着佔便宜，既然你們不提供這個優惠服務就在攜程上把這個優惠下架唄。
3、我們同行還有另一同事訂的相同的智享簡約大床房，對第一次安排的1311房間不太滿意，要求換房，結果換的房型明顯就是智享輕奢大床房，這個換房換成降低房型的我還是第一次見。
4、浴巾居然是爛的，這酒店是有多節約。
