衞生服務都相當不錯，唯一美中不足 給了個內窗的房間。耳機玩吃雞的話聽的不是太清楚。但是衞生和前台服務還是做的挺好的。

第二天無法續住沒有提前通知。
客服打房間座機，座機有問題，根本無法正常聽清對面聲音。
因為已經連住幾天了，一般以為到那個時間是提醒續房。第一次客服電話打過來的時候已經表訴了房間座機有問題，無法聽清情況，無人處理。
續房的時候，發現無當前入住房型，打酒店電話問情況。知告訴我去附近酒店找有沒有房型。服務態度不好。
沒有房型未提前告知，未留預留房間。衹是把頭天入住客人趕出去。
也未提前通知續房
