The Ctrip points redemption program delayed check-out until 4 pm. I called the front desk after 1 o'clock to ask for check-out. I told her that the order stated that check-out was delayed until 4 pm. She told me that there is no hotel where check-out is at 4 pm! ! I was speechless for a moment. The rule is that the dead are alive. If not, don't show OK on the order? ?

舒適便捷的住宿體驗，細節有待完善
這次入住整體感覺不錯，酒店位置很好，交通方便，周邊餐飲選擇也多。前台服務態度友好，辦理入住效率高，房間空間寬敞，設施基本齊全，床墊軟硬適中，睡得很舒服。
不過衞生方面有些小瑕疵：毛巾有輕微泛黃（可能是清洗次數較多導致的），地毯邊緣有些許灰塵。雖然不影響正常使用，但若能更細緻些會更好。
性價比在同類酒店中算合理，如果衞生管理能再嚴格一點，體驗會更完美。下次若有機會，還會考慮入住，期待看到改進。

環境：周圍安靜，位置好找
服務：服務貼心，入住當天有前台小姐姐打電話詢問是否需要預留車位，辦入住的時候還贈送了小飲料。
設施：電梯按鈕很貼心，方便所有人。

房間挺好的，服務也可以總體體驗非常不錯，出行無論是去景點還是商業中心都很方便。而且酒店附近有很多餐廳、便利店。
酒店員工服務態度熱情周到。酒店的隔音效果還有待加強，在房間內能聽到一些走廊上的聲音。但總體來説，這些小瑕疵並不影響整體的入住體驗。
