房間大，落地窗，採光好，地理位置好，安靜，離公園也近。衞生乾淨整潔，每次來都住這裏。適合旅遊時居住。

住宿差評，總體如下：
1、房間燈光超級暗，還有燈也是壞了的；
2、衞生差的不行；
3、房間掉牆皮；
4、老闆態度超級惡劣：以下就是經過，出去一趟回來在房間發現一衹大蟑螂，跟老闆反應，老闆首先是怪我們吃外賣不扔放房間引來的，其次講是樓下麗楓酒店餐廳爬上來的；由於有大蟑螂，不能保證枕頭被套是否被蟑螂爬過需要更換房間或許換乾淨的被套枕頭，老闆極力抗拒不願意（建議過退款換一家，老闆也是極力不同意的）。都不在自家酒店衞生上反思，始終覺得是顧客的問題，當時回去發現蟑螂是衹有我一個人，我朋友看網上明明還掛有房間，説換房間老闆不換找各種藉口理由，我朋友回來找她協調，她還説“你們怎麼不去住五星級酒店，住我們一兩百塊錢的名宿幹嘛，名宿就是這樣的”“還説去住五星級酒店發現這樣的問題人家會賠我們一兩千塊錢”真的沒見過這麼沒底線的商家頭一回遇見也是開眼了，不管是酒店還是名宿衞生難道不是基本的嗎？後面看我們態度堅決才給我們換的房間，換房間後跟我們講讓我們自己看好再住，住的過程中發現問題也不要來找她。
重點：市場監管明確規定，明碼標價，我們三個女生，一個標間衹能住兩個，多一個人要加20，錢可以加，但為什麼是我們辦入住的時候才講呢？為什麼不是明碼標價，這讓我們很被動，住宿都是提前定的，我們總不能臨時去找吧，遇到住宿高峯期就根本沒有酒店可以換。就這樣了，大家訂之前都長個心眼吧。
