昨晚凌晨三點入住 進房間就發現環境設施不怎麼樣 因為凌晨找酒店圖便宜又近才訂的 然後簡單洗了臉沖了一下腳 正準備上床休息發現被子上很多油漬 實在接受不了衞生條件那麼差就準備退房了 打電話給酒店負責人推脱説找前台處理 去前台溝通説可以退 但是要聯繫平台退 前台退不了 因為太晚了我們就先走了換了另外一家酒店住 同時也聯繫了平台申請退款 平台介入後酒店居然跟平台説我們用了一條浴巾一條毛巾就不給退 一分錢都不退 説影響他們二次售賣 意思是這個床單被套都沒洗乾淨 臟兮兮的房間還打算賣給別人？退一萬步説凌晨四點了我們走之後還會有人訂這個房間？自己基本的衞生問題都不解決居然還找客人的問題 差得不能再差了 果然不能圖便宜 最後還是平台主動補償了50塊錢給我 90幾塊錢就當送你們了

首先房間很小，床邊連牀頭櫃都沒有，和廁所捱得很近；其次進門左手邊就是洗手枱和廁所，洗手枱和廁所旁邊就是床，在洗手枱洗漱的水直接把房間地板全給打濕，床前就是有且僅有一個過道，還很窄

設施：設施很全面，也很不錯，對比其他的酒店還是可以的
衞生：很乾凈整潔，衞生也很好，乾乾淨淨的非常不錯
環境：環境也很不錯，位置很好找

現在曉得為什麼叫精緻酒店了衞生間太小了，和馬桶一樣寬不是一般的窄。本來定好了兩間房的客服一會打電話來説漏水了一會又大電話來説不漏水了，晚上我們去找酒店房間時，結果是老闆把我們定的房間換到了堆垃圾的地方臭烘烘的。好後悔住了這家酒店。
