1. The hotel brochure is not in line with the actual situation. When I checked in, there was no round coffee table and two matching chairs as mentioned in the hotel pictures. 2. The hot water in the wash basin is too hot. The faucet handle is still very hot when placed in the middle, and it is difficult to adjust. 3. The towels are too old and have never been replaced. They are black and lint-free when not used. 4. There is no telephone line for the phone, only a telephone, which cannot be used. 5. The light on the top of the bathroom is broken and does not light up at all. The overall experience is very poor
