I had booked it a few days before check-in, but on the day of check-in they said there were no hotels available, and it was already past seven and almost eight. The hotel manager had a very bad service attitude. They said they would change the twin room I booked to a king-size room, but there was only an empty bed and I had to make do with it. It's funny. I didn't spend any money, so why should I make do with it? The manager also asked why I had to book a standard room because it was cheaper. Why don't you stay at the beach if you care so much about how many people I have?
