Not only is the service attitude bad, but they don't even care about the needs of customers. It's clear from the picture that there is no big pillar, but they gave the room with this pillar without informing the customer. The customer's request for replacement was ignored. It's obviously the same price but the service and room type are lower, but there is no explanation. It's really disappointing!

Although the breakfast is simple, it is OK. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. We booked 4 rooms in total. The temperature was very high that day, nearly 30 degrees Celsius. When we entered the room, we turned down the air conditioner, but there was no cooling at all. After communicating with the front desk, the reply was that the air conditioner host had not been turned on. The reason was that the temperature in Duyun in March in previous years was not so high. The air conditioning system had not been cleaned and disinfected, so it could not be turned on for the time being, and only the air supply could be turned on. Later, the front desk suggested that we change the room to a different direction. Although there was no air conditioning, the windows in that direction were opened for natural ventilation, so it was relatively not so hot. The hotel is not small in scale, but it does not have its own restaurant (there is only a small restaurant that provides buffet breakfast), and you have to go out to find it yourself.

The environment is nice and clean, but the sewer in the bathroom has a strong odor that spreads to the room.

Booked for my parents, they stayed for 6 days and were very satisfied. The bathroom, bathtub and breakfast were all good.

The overall price/performance ratio is good and it is also the best hotel in the city. I am very happy if I don't have too high requirements. I may stay here again next time. I suggest changing the shower head in the hotel

I was very happy to upgrade the room for free. The small suite is very comfortable. The key is that there are two bathrooms, no conflict at all! The bathtub is comfortable by the floor-to-ceiling window. There are two TVs for children and adults to watch, and it is also suitable for work and entertainment. I really love this room type! It would be more perfect if a smart toilet was installed! It is very close to the Xishan Bridge Shiban Street. Recommended to stay!
