Large and clean room. Unfortunately the wall between the bathroom and the room had an obvious humidity problem and when we came back we could smell mold (and the wall itself is stained). For the rest, nothing to complain about, I would improve the bikes because they are really heavy to drive (they are free but some maintenance is necessary), a few more options for breakfast for those who prefer a sweet one like us Europeans. Really very kind staff, not everyone spoke English but they made themselves understood. Often there was a strong smell of food in the stairs and hall, but we noticed that in all family-run hotels it is like this (they cook in the kitchen which is on the ground floor and the smell spreads everywhere). Close to the center of Hoi An, about ten minutes/a quarter of an hour maximum. Recommended!

AMAAAZING My 12 year old wanted to write the review 😊: La siesta is an amazing mini resort that has four swimming pools. I loved how I had a choice in what kind of pool to swim in, for example an infinity pool or a shallower one. The juices and drinks are all very refreshing. There was two restaurants, one with western food and another with Vietnamese food. All was delicious. The staff are all super polite and friendly and you receive some refreshing welcome drinks as you are checking in. The hotel looked stunning and is stunning. And even though it is close to a main road all sound is unheard. Me and my family rode some bikes into town which is not that far away. La siesta is so good that we have decided to return after 2 days! I would highly recommend La siesta if you would like a relaxing holiday by the pool side or sitting having a beer. Vi our welcome advisor was amazing as were all the staff in the restaurant and the gentleman who helped us with our luggage.

This service is very good, the ladies and sisters are very enthusiastic, no problem in English communication! clean! The room is relatively large, there is a balcony, there are free bicycles available, and it is good to ride. We rode for two days, and once we broke without riding a leg! Breakfast is not many, but exquisite and delicious! The only drawback is that the pool is too small, haha! Many foreigners live in this place, and the air is very comfortable! No problem late at night! If you come again, it will continue!

We stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

We regularly stay at MGallery properties around the world and the Hotel Royal Hoi An has to be one of the best we've every stayed. From the highest rooftop pool and The Deck bar providing 360 degree views of Hoi An, through to the riverside pool and sun loungers with the exceptional breakfast restaurant, this hotel oozes elegance and French colonial chic. We arranged our airport transfers (arrival and departure), booked a private transfer to Ba Na Hills and a cooking class with the hotel. Everything was seamless, simple and went to plan. The breakfast selection and service was impeccable, prompt and responsive. The service from all the staff was 10/10 with a special shout out to Vy for entertaining us on The Deck, Trinh for her care at The Attic and the housekeeping staff who always cleaned and restocked without fuss. The small bedtime story each night for turndown was a cute touch. We particularly loved the location of the hotel as well - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the markets, tourists and street vendors, but close enough to walk 5mins to be in the heart of the action again. We appreciated the personalised touches to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our sister's 50th birthday holiday. Many thanks. Highly recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning for a longer stay next time.

The Delicacy Hotel was a delight to stay at. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and very helpful with anything you need to know etc. They recommended and then booked a great snorkeling day trip for us with Tiger Fishing boat for my 80 year old mother and myself knowing that my Mum (we are from Australia) was very fit and well and could do the trip. Mum had her 80th birthday when we were there and they gave her a little cake at breakfast and made a beautiful homemade card and envelope which was lovely for us all. The variety of food at breakfast was great and they have a chef ready to cook your eggs anyway you wish. The swimming pool was large and a very good temperature and the Deluxe Twin Room with Pool View we stayed in was a very good size with a bath separate to the shower. As the hotel was only built in Dec 2022 the TV was large and very good quality, and the furnishings were very nice. The only recommendation we have is that they put a soap and soap dish in the bathroom but that is only minor as they did have soap wash. The mocktails were fantastic with a big variety. I can highly recommend the Rooftop Delight (I think that was the name but it had lychee and mango puree and something red (berries maybe?)) Mocktail as it was thick and luscious and at Happy Hour I was happy to get 2 for the price of one. Really enjoyed my conversations with Sarah, Chloe, Victor and Lisa at the front desk and Emma and Anna in the restaurant and everyone remembers your name so it feels very personal and a special place to stay.

Great location. Far enough away from the evening noise of the Old Town but close enough to walk to everything we wanted to visit. We had 7 nights in Hoi An and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The Truc Loc Villa is a perfect choice for all travellers whether for a couple of days to a week. They organised an airport pickup at a very reasonable price which was added to the room bill.   Located near to a number of good breakfast cafes such as Ellie's and Thom Sourdough. Rooms are clean and spacious and Nana has a lot of useful suggestions for excursions should you wish. There is a coffee shop next to reception and a small splash pool and a couple of sunbeds out front. Tea and coffee facilities in the room and TV with ample channel choices. Highly recommend 

The service was exceptional. The people are very friendly. It’s a very lovely site even though it was raining. We still felt like we were at home. They always smiled at us. They fed us food and always went the extra mile. everything was great. I would never suggest any other place and it’s a great value.

Probably the one of the best hotels in hoi an ancient town area.... Rooms have the one of the best sea views.... Linen, towels are all Italian made soft as babies cheek, and grand king size comfy beds..... Staffs were wonderful... Many free activities within the property... Especially for kids they would love it.... ****** area with their 24hrs open michilin standard restaurants were just wow.... Try the noodle only restaurant..... Spa was spectacular, sauna, jet jacuzzi, steam, swimming pool all are included in room... Must stay hotel if you are in hoi an.. But don't ****** too much.... Breakfast was the yummiest ever, widerange of choices, baking section was like as if I was in streets of Paris... Awesome food...

It was nice that it was next to a golf course, so I could rest and play without having to travel, and the reception was friendly, so I had a satisfying time. Next time I go to Da Nang or Hoi An in Vietnam, it will definitely be Hoiana.
