Located in a quiet part of the city, with beautiful surroundings and beautiful paintings in every room (not just 1 but 5!) Spacious too, even for the triple room (which has a single bed added).
Owned by a Chinese gentleman who speaks Mandarin, English and German (maybe more but I didn't get to find out). He was really helpful and gave us free transport cards. Overnight parking in the basement for 12euro per night which is reasonable considering how expensive parking fees are in the city.
Most highly recommended!!!

The hotel is very clean, breakfast you have a good selection of fresh regional high quality food. The rooms are cozy and also very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The car is very dry and safe in the deep garage of the hotel. Lifts are available. The location of the hotel is super metro and S-train and the city centre/old city are well accessible walking. We are happy to come back.
The 25hours Hotel Das Tour is a very special liaison in the new Dusseldorf district Le Quartier Central. The major Rhine city of Dusseldorf and its proximity to France inspired the Swedish creative team Stylt Trampoli to weave German engineering and French artistic flair into a holistic concept for this property. Highlights include the restaurant and bar concept The Paris Club on the 16th and 17th floor. The spa on the 14th floor offers a similarly breathtaking view.

Had a great 3 nights stay on 25 Hours Dusseldorf .
On the positive: Great service, from the welcoming all the way all the staff we came across.
i normally don't book breakfast when traveling for leisure as I like to explore local foods, so have no opinion on the breakfast but the little coffee stand inside the hotel has what could arguably could be the best coffee in Dusseldorf.
Yes, rooms are not huge but comfortable enough, nice mini fridge with consumables for free and most important: Was very clean.

Fashion is like eating; You shouldn't stick to the same menu. The rudeness of a young staff member spoiled our stay at this lovely hotel. Started off at checking in a young man at the checking desk handed in a piece of paper to my husband asking him to sign that without explanation what it was. Next he asked my husband to put his credit card to pay for a stay. Although my husband said he had already paid for the 3 night stay, the boy asked him again to put the card in the card reader which my husband did. After repeating that the stay had been already paid for the young man checked on his computer and asked his colleague for help (cancelling transaction?)he also said that it was nothing to worry about. Then I suggested that we had to check next time whether customer has already paid or hasn’t- so with a very cold face he told me off for my attitude saying that everything was going to be ok. Thanks God we had more money than what was locked on the bank account otherwise we would be in trouble. When I suggested that little ‘I’m sorry’ would help the situation the young member of staff said he did not have anything to apologise for. Not at all a warm welcome in the very beginning made us feel very disappointed and me and my hubby would not recommend staying at the Moxy Hotel. The staff that we met next morning was nicer and helpful, continental breakfast was good and hotel’s design is quirky and has many comfy places to lounge. There is an AppleMac with the internet which is very helpful when exploring things to do in Düsseldorf. Our room was cleaned every day, the hotel seems to be quite a clean place although there is a one friendly mouse running between seats in the lounge.

Avoid this hotel. We booked a 4 night stay. The air con doesn’t work and with it being 23 degrees outside at 2am you need a window open. The bar across the street stays open very late and is very noisy. Today my daughters room has had no electricity. Yes they fix it but the fix lasts 10 minutes. The final straw was coming back from dinner to find men drinking on the steps of the hotel with a bag full of beers and 3 of them urinating against the hotel. When I complained I was told they were staying at the hotel so there was nothing they can do and what did I expect it was a Saturday night. I’ve been to Düsseldorf many times and there are plenty of hotels to choose from so avoid this one! I certainly will do in the future!!!

One of my favorite hotels in the world, none of them are hotels of the Medici Family Art Museum. Rolls-Royce spare car, more than 500 years old antique copper embossed door handle, king's red seat ..., museum-level sculpture, tapestry ... Unfortunately, the newly renovated room replaced the old oil painting ... Still love Medici

We were in Dusseldorf for work 10 days, and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet residential area of the city. Not small . A small reception is located next to the breakfast area. The rooms are spacious. Furniture and decoration corresponds to a 3 star hotel. There is only soap in the bathroom. There are no slippers. Cleaned not bad. Very good breakfast for a hotel of this level. They do not understand very well in English. Nevertheless, they were satisfied with the hotel. There are smoke rooms. It is very close to the airport and the price is relatively cheap. Very convenient. The facilities are very rudimentary. Will go to sleep. The room is small. Went early without breakfast. Could not comment. . . . It is a good choice for less demanding packages. Of course, it is best to drive by yourself. Quiet. There are several supermarkets nearby. Need to drive. In short, the price of choice.

I didn't expect this hotel next to the airport to be so good. It is spacious, bright and comfortable, and the lobby is also very bright. I used to live next to the Sheraton, but now it seems that the Sheraton is so bad. . .
Your quarter, in the heart of a city or metropolis between the watersides of the Rhine and the area of Bergisches Land, between great gastronomy and Rhineland industry. Your quarter, your Best Western Plus Hotel Stadtquartier Haan. 88 rooms, among them some with large terraces, balconies or exclusive infrared cabins. Apartments for the long stay, swimming pool with sauna and a fitness area. For the best start into the day or to free your mind for the evening. Meetings in our premises, large or small, but always equipped with the best technology. W-lan for free and no worries about parking due to the hotel-owned underground garage. Rooms with view on a park and great gastronomy nearby. All you need for a carefree stay.

I was charged more than the agreed price and the hotel refuses to respond to my complaint. I was in the neigborhood and called them after seeing their prices on their site. Based on their offer I went to the hotel, the check-in took a long time because of computer problems. They charged my credit card, I asked for the bill to check it but they said I would get it at check-out. When I complained the next morning they would follow up later. They now deny it and claim I got a better room, but the price of my room on their site is still much lower than paid.

GGuest UserGreat hotel with friendly staff, clean environment, good breakfast and convenient parking in the garage with discount. Location nearby the Japanese street and shopping street.
GGuest UserLocation is good, 150m or so away from the station. Be aware it's a slightly seedy area, sex shops and the like opposite and nearby, but that's just how it is and there are plenty of chain hotels nearby. The aircon didn't work when I arrived - there's a strange spongy plastic box on the wall that's meant to control it, but pressing hard so that the orange light lit up did nothing. Went to reception and they said it would be fixed. When I woke next morning it was magically on. so they must have enabled it from the master control or something. The same can't be said of the fridge, it lights up but does nothing - remains room temperature. This wasn't fixed, despite me mentioning it to reception along with the aircon. Room itself is fine - high ceilings, comfy bed, TV with a couple of English channels (BBC World News and Sky News International). Shower is strange, like some sort of Mr Bean scenario. There is a grooved channel which slides up and down to allow you to adjust the height, but it's using friction so the shower gradually slides down, and the heard flops to one side due to water pressure. Cue lots of Mr Bean style fiddling and faff. Towels are really small, more like hand towels. Lots of noise outside, not just trams starting 5am but occasional rowdy people - I don't think it's double glazed. Didn't wake me up though, but if you're a light sleeper request a room at the back. Room cleaning knocked 10.15 and next day barged in at 9.25, so make sure you use the ”do not disturb”, which I had trouble finding (it was in a cubby hole near the wardrobe rail). So, overall it's ok, but I've stayed at better hotels in Dusseldorf for less money.
J'ai donc dû me débrouiller moi-même.
GGuest UserTwo nights business trip to Düsseldorf Interpack 2023. Hotel was very nice and clean. Service was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean although the view from the window was not the beat but what can you expect from this location near the airport. Breakfast had everything you need and was tasteful basic hotel breakfast. If you want to eat bigger there is restaurant across the yard in Novotel. This hotel is just a walk away from train station and sky train station that takes you to the airport. Also bus SB51 takes you to airport or citycenter. Location is good for business travellers but perhaps not the best if you want to be near citycenter.
GGuest UserThe service was tip top from the check-in till the end. The service of Lucas and Hedric was attentive, meticulous and very helpful to my needs. I was exhausted and jet lag due to the trade show business plus it was my first time staying in the city centre. So rhe clean room and warm sincere treatment from the staff brightened me up. I appreciate the lovely loft room view of the city and also the great roof top bar. Thank u.
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for two days when visiting Düsseldorf with my family. The hotel is well located, at the end of Königsallee, the city’s main shopping street. A subway station is located just across the street. There are also a couple of restaurants across the street and two supermarkets behind the hotel. We stayed in a twin room on the top floor which was clean and reasonable in terms of size. The sink was broken but water didn’t leak. The breakfast buffet has few options for a 4-star hotel, there is hardly any fruit and milk alternatives are not available in the buffet, you need to order. Be very careful with charges to your credit cards. The hotel blocked 350 euros on my credit card upon arrival and this amount was not released when I paid for my stay. It’s been a month that I stayed at this hotel and they are still withholding the amount.
GGuest UserWould definitely recommend this hotel. All staff are very welcoming and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is close to the airport and has an excellent transport link into Dusseldorf just outside the hotel. Having stayed many times we would never consider looking elsewhere. They have a lovely bar to relax in when you get back from all the wonderful sites and shops in the City and the bar staff are very friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong if you book into this hotel.
GGuest UserStayed for 2 nights on business..The hotel has a perfect location and is walking distance from Hauptbahnof..The rooms are of decent size..The breakfast menu is repetitive but the food quality is good..The staff is courteous and always available to serve you
Stayed here for a night and had a good experience. Clean and modern rooms, quiet and friendly and proffessional staff. Te location between city and airport is quite good, there are restaurants and bars nearby, but you're in the city center quite fast, too. Bus, tram and train stop nearby. An Uber Ride to the airport wasabou 15€ in the morning. Only minus is the closed restaurant and bar.
GGuest UserI had a 1 month stay and everything was perfect. The hotel is affordable, has daily cleaning services, and a very nice living area. The neighborhood is pretty central and safe. Train stop is just in front, bus stops pretty close. Staff very supportive. So far, perfect.
