we got a nice size room on 7th floor to the rear (overlooking the train station was not an issue for us since an overnighter only and we had only 200mtr to walk for our Dinner

"The room I booked with Ctrip included breakfast, but when I got there for breakfast, they said there was no breakfast. I contacted Ctrip, but they couldn't help me... They asked me to pay first and then refunded the money to Ctrip's wallet, which was 25 euros, and the hotel charged the same. But when I looked back at the Ctrip booking, the price was more than 25 euros, including or not including breakfast... This is hard to explain... It was a bad experience... When I checked out, they said they couldn't issue the bill for the time being and the account was unclear. I will use Ctrip less when traveling abroad in the future..."

"The location is not bad, only one subway station away from the old town, but there is no place to eat downstairs. I booked a triple room, but the hotel did not have a triple room at all, and gave two double rooms. The hotel is an old hotel, it has been renovated, the restrooms are clean, the heating is not very hot, but it is enough. No air conditioning."

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and the facilities (including a good restaurant) are really great and we were happy that we were allowed to bring our dog.
The only minor 'downside' of hotel is that the location is a bit uninspiring and that there aren't many free of charge parking spots available nearby (the hotel parking is not cheap at 20 Euros per night). The hotel is very well located for going by car or tram to downtown Düsseldorf or to go to the airport by car. Taxis also run very frequently from the front of the hotel.
When making the booking of the room I did not see in advance that there would be a 10 Euros charge for our dog, but maybe I missed that myself. The 10 Euros charge was no problem and is fair enough, but it's always good to know in advance.
Overall spoken we were completely satisfied with our experience though and we would definitely come here again.

It was my first time in Düsseldorf, and I booked it knowing it was a chain hotel. The environment was very good and exceeded my expectations. I also met engineers from the airline who were staying in the hotel, which means the hotel environment must be very good.

GGuest UserWe were greeted for our 3 night stay, by the friendliest and most helpful reception staff we have come across. Denisse and (not sure on the spelling)Lili, went out of their way to help us with any questions we had about the area and with a smile.
Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming.
The bed was comfortable and having the choice of a firm or soft pillows, was a nice touch.

KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

ZZHENGRONGThe breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.

RRay75014I can only say that everything is average. The location is very close to the train station, about five minutes away. There is a tram downstairs, so it is quite noisy at night. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the juice and coffee are great. The bathroom is very cramped. I can only say that it wins in terms of cost performance.
