About 1000 meters from Düsseldorf Central Railway Station, it is better to find a simple Western food for breakfast. This hotel is similar to the domestic fast hotel, but the reception staff has no problem in English communication, and they are very enthusiastic, shortcomings. Is the hotel not air-conditioned, they say that the German climate is not very useful.

It was a little far from the central station, but it was not a burden.
It was very nice to have a refrigerator, but I felt inconvenient because the number of taps on the outlet was small.

Overall my stay was alright, room’s clean and staff was quite friendly, however, the toilet smells like cigarettes although the room clearly says no smoking, I’m not sure about whether it’s coming from the ventilation fan or something else, but throughout my stay there’s always the smell of the cigarette in the toilet.

What a great ”hotel gem”. Soothing unlike all the same chain hotels. Modern, on old trimmed rooms. Everywhere the certain ”extra” and above all a really great service. It was a pleasure :)

It is not the first time to stay in Melia, and there is a big lawn next to it. The hotel is of a 4 star standard, and the good German hotels are generally well maintained.

Located in the port area of Düsseldorf, it is not very close to the city. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the city by public transportation. The various services during the stay were satisfactory. There was nothing amazing, but there was no problem. The room has a separate dressing table partition, so the rest area is not large, which is a problem. The snacks in the lounge of the executive room I booked were delicious, which was a highlight. Overall, considering the price of the hotel in Germany, it is cost-effective.

KKaayI stayed over with my sister’s family. My nephew rated the hotel a 10 out of 10, as he enjoyed the stay and making the fresh pancakes at breakfast and getting the hot choco from the machine.

IIvanna IvankaThe buffet average, cold cut, scrambled eggs and bread. The location is nearby, 5mnts walk but with large luggage for 10 minutes. We got the luggage trolley from the hotel way back to the station & returned it of course which made our lives easier.

KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

DdfnbSuper clean and cute hotel! Room was very comfortable the only minus was the lack of a refregirator and a kettle. Hotel is 10min walking distance to Dusseldorf Hbf station and 5 mins walking distance to the metro. Very nice experience overall!

GGuest UserIt's not bad. I booked it temporarily for a business trip. It's better than I thought. There is no water or toiletries, so you need to prepare them in advance. The room is big enough and not bad. There is a bed and a sofa.

U78 starts from Düsseldorf Railway Station, passes through King's Road (hotel station) and H.Heine-Allee (a street for food, drink and entertainment), and ends at the exhibition hall. It takes about half an hour to get to the exhibition (the German subway is not punctual, so it is impossible to accurately estimate)
After leaving the hotel, DM and various drugstores are all available. In front of King's Road are luxury goods.
Then it is connected to the old town of H.Heine-Allee, where you can eat all kinds of food.
Okay, let's talk about the key points. The hotel room is clean, safe and comfortable, the staff is polite and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is OK

Continental Breakfast is also provided with room and is served from 0630- 1000.
Basic amenities provided. Remember to pack your toothbrush, body moisturiser.
There is a heater in the room, great for the winter season.
There is no air conditioner for the summer.

ZZHENGRONGThe breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.
