"About 1000 meters from Düsseldorf Central Railway Station, it is better to find a simple Western food for breakfast. This hotel is similar to the domestic fast hotel, but the reception staff has no problem in English communication, and they are very enthusiastic, shortcomings. Is the hotel not air-conditioned, they say that the German climate is not very useful."
"Overall my stay was alright, room’s clean and staff was quite friendly, however, the toilet smells like cigarettes although the room clearly says no smoking, I’m not sure about whether it’s coming from the ventilation fan or something else, but throughout my stay there’s always the smell of the cigarette in the toilet."
"the staff were fantastic, there wasn't a moment that they weren't helpfull , they helped above and beyond, the breakfast was so much to choose from and catered for everyone, the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful bathroom, would definitely recommened this for anyone that wan't to be in the center of Dusseldorf."

"Clean and hygienic, suitable for self-driving travel. There is a small square next to it which happens to be a flea market, which is very interesting. I haven't experienced the feeling of visiting a flea market for a long time. Rich breakfast"

"What a great ”hotel gem”. Soothing unlike all the same chain hotels. Modern, on old trimmed rooms. Everywhere the certain ”extra” and above all a really great service. It was a pleasure :)"
"It is not the first time to stay in Melia, and there is a big lawn next to it. The hotel is of a 4 star standard, and the good German hotels are generally well maintained."
"A comfortable and cozy small hotel in a very convenient location next to a streetcar stop. It is about 15 minutes by bus from the airport and also about fifteen minutes directly on the streetcar to the downtown so it is easy to get anywhere. There are several restaurants and a small market across the street and several supermarkets and many more restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff were friendly and speak English. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. A small bathroom and the main disadvantage no air conditioning but the room was pretty comfortable with the small fan they provide. The breakfast was great with many choices. The WiFi worked well and the tv had a few English and foreign channels. A good value for money and a good location if you like to see a normal neighborhood but convenient to get around. I would stay again."
"There is a free mini bar and the environment is warm, especially suitable for families to stay for a few more nights. Induction cookers, pots, kitchenware and tableware are all available. You can cook your favorite food yourself. Due to the itinerary, we only stayed for one night and forgot to take pictures of the hotel environment. In the morning, I used the microwave to heat up the milk bread sausage and smoked salmon bought from the supermarket. Nice!"

Very Good
EellenYYWhen we arrived at the hotel, the sofa bed had been made for the two children, as well as two towels of different sizes. When we found that the kettle was not working, we called the front desk, and the guy on duty immediately came up and gave us a brand new electric water heater. The efficiency was touching! In addition, if there is a vacant space on the roadside in front of the hotel on Sundays, you can park for free. I only knew this after the front desk reminded me. Thank you very much!
GGuest UserVery good, highly recommended!
It was my first time in Düsseldorf, and I booked it knowing it was a chain hotel. The environment was very good and exceeded my expectations. I also met engineers from the airline who were staying in the hotel, which means the hotel environment must be very good.
PPietro MincuzziThe city is very expensive (crazy expensive I'd say) and this hotel offered a quite enjoyable stay with a warm atmosphere and friendly service
Very convenient travelling by train as it is walking distance from the station and 15' walk from the centre (beware, I walk fast)
AAnonymous UserHotel Review
The hotel’s location is very convenient for reaching the city center, making it ideal for travelers looking for easy access to main attractions. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a good sleeping bed that ensured a restful night. The bathroom was spotless, adding to the comfort of the stay.
The staff was polite and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Breakfast, however, was quite basic. It worked for a quick meal, with bread and yogurt options, but lacked variety. The only warm item was from an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were overcooked and difficult to peel.
One downside was the room lighting, which occasionally flickered and caused minor inconvenience.
Overall, the hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff and a great location, though the breakfast and lighting could use some improvement.
GGuest UserGood location, relatively close to the train station. There are many Asian restaurants on the street about 500 meters away. The hotel sometimes has Chinese service. If you have any questions, please ask the front desk. Become a relatively cost-effective hotel.
KKenneth Camillerilocation is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.
JJethro.THighly recommended Dusseldorf hotel! The front desk staff is very polite, warm and thoughtful. The hotel is just a 3-4 minute walk from Dusseldorf Train Station, with a superior location and convenient transportation. The hotel is also very new, clean and tidy with a sense of design. The rest environment in the lobby is also very good!

Very Good
ZZHENGRONGThe breakfast at the hotel is very good, I like it very much, the variety is good, the taste is good. My room was found to have obvious stains on the bed at the night of check-in. Due to the late time, I can only deal with it sloppyly. Serve the little brother, and he said that he immediately handled all the room hygiene, which is very satisfactory.
PPietro MincuzziI was several times to this hotel, so I live one reference only.
The funny thing is that when I search I get a price without breakfast.
Then I add a filter to get offer including breakfast and I get the same price with breakfast.
The GM (or the person that seems to be the GM) seems to be more suited for training tigers in a circus than to be a gentle hotel manager, but she definitely knows how to keep all running smoothly for the guests. Beware of some strict rules about the breakfast of you might get a very concerned waitress discretely whispering to you not to do something.
EEarth the playgroundThe staff are very friendly and kind. I had a big luggage and arrived late. The elevator was broken and not available. Then they changed my room on the ground floor with no need to use the stairs, which was very helpful. For an asian, it was a surprise they didnt have AC in the guest room. Maybe its normal for European hotel, but it was quite steamy in the room on the very hot day. But it was very manageable you can just take a cold water and indulge yourself on the clean bed naked. lol Another thing a bit of disapoointing was, it was noisy as many young guest stayed, maybe a school trip or something?, and they were very energetic until the late night. you heard ppl running around in the room and party vibes lol. If you want some quiet time here. it depends on your luck. Overall, no regreat to stay here.
