Very friendly service, easy check-in and check-out. Good breakfast.

Stayed for 1 night and it was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. Only thing to note is there was no fan or aircon in the room so if its a hotel day you will need to keep the windows open.

Great shower pressure. Nice location. Good coffee place down the road called Handwerk. Can be a bit dark in the room during the day - but generally very nice.

Hotel itself fine. The beds/mattresses were soft. You sank into it. I personally prefer harder mattresses. Breakfast excellent, with lots of choice. Everything was well replenished.

The hotel offers good value for money. The room was very clean and neatly furnished, the staff was friendly and there was a large and delicious selection at breakfast.

Everything was super clean and the staff were very friendly. The room was a good size, but the bathroom could do with an update. It's less than two minutes to the tram.

This hotel is not expensive in terms of price/quality and is great for an overnight stay after the Christmas market. Rooms are certainly not soundproof as promised, suffer from elevator and street noise, and it is not possible to sleep with an open window. Underground parking is very tight, not recommended, only offers space for 6 cars. Breakfast is extensive but the space is small. Bar was closed in the evening so there was no interest in the hotel.

Hotel was just as good as it should be. Everything was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. Everything was well replenished and absolutely nothing was missing. Parking was also arranged so that I could leave the car in front of the door.

Everything was perfect, a very nice room and the best breakfast I've had in a hotel for a long time! Very friendly staff and a great overall impression
