The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and wholesome. All areas spotless . The location is excellent for shopping and being central to the station. Would recommend this to anyone interested in visiting dusseldorf or surrounding area.

Aggressive and racist reception desk worker at night. Many reviews mentioning this unkept looking man. Felt very unsafe as a woman travelling alone. The angry looking man with long fingernails and long hair. Room is dirty and smelly. Bed is very uncomfortable and old. Pillows reek of sweat. Smoke detector is broken and flashing red above the bed all night. Airconditioner is broken. Curtain is too short and does not cover the window. There is a garrage(?) outside and extremely bright lights flash on al night. This lights up the whole room from evening to morning. I was awake all night. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Expensive room as well.

The whole staff at the hotel is amazing. They really care about your stay. Excellent breakfast selection every day with lots of choices. Very clean and housekeeping is fantastic. I always stay here when visiting family. You will love it here.

The single room I had was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Shower is powerful, bed comfy, and the lady who I think owns it, was very kind. What more could you want? In great location too, 2 mins from the train.

Staff is amazing and so helpful. The rooms are light, airy but a little small but so clean. The price is reasonable. Breakfast is a full buffet that includes lunch items. The scrambled eggs were incredible. I’ll stay again anytime. This is my go to for Dusseldorf

Wir waren über den Maifeiertag im Düsseldorf und hatten das "große Glück", dass wir im Wieland Hotel gebucht hatten. So eine super Adresse mit so engagierten Mitarbeitern - vom Chef bis zur Servicekraft beim Frühstück. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft gelebt und das in einen wirklich sehr schönem Hotel. Fußläufig ca. 15 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Perfekter, persönlicher Check-In mit allen Informationen zum Hotel, Frühstück und der "Umgebung!" Schöne Zimmer, kleines, aber funktionales Bad und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischen Bäckerbrötchen, großer Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, Säften, Rührei und frischem Obst. Parken in zwei relativ nah gelegenen Parkhäusern! Wir würden auf jeden Fall hier sehr gerne wieder buchen, wenn es uns mal wieder nach DÜDO verschlagen sollte. Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team.
