We stayed here one night and getting a room with an air conditioner which cannot be switched off providing cold air while the temperature is minus 5 degrees outside. It was FREEZING! The lady was very nice and trying her best to provide some other things(breakfast, drinks etc.) to make the situation better. We wished we could’ve had her to take care of us at the very first beginning so we would not end up with a very bad experience. However, it’s quite difficult to change our image about this hotel. Especially taking the consideration of the gentleman who was taking care of our check in process horribly: cold, ignorance and not supportive AT ALL. We booked a room for two via Trip, but this guy insisted that the system shows we booked a room for only one adult. After with no explanations or apologies, we were asked (forced) to pay extra for getting the room, which turned out to be the broken FREEZING room. Definitely not recommend paying 150 Euros to get a room or service like this.

The location is nice, close to the train station in a walking distance approximately 10 minutes. Easy for transportation, in front of the hostel is a tram station. In top of that, if you register for H reward, the hotel offers you a free transportation ticket! The room was clean and nice. I have nothing to complain about. In total, I give all five for this hotel.

The room is great, the location is very good, just a stone's throw from the central train station, the accommodation is very comfortable, and the breakfast there is great. There is also a bar in the first-class restaurant. The waiters in the restaurant are very kind and the receptionists at the front desk are very kind and friendly.

It was very close to Düsseldorf Central Station and had good access. Also, everyone at the reception was kind and made me feel at ease. Breakfast was not included, but I was happy when I got hungry because there were cookies.

The room is small and the price is very high. The front desk clerk's attitude is average. However, it is very close to the train station and the transportation is very convenient. The overall price/performance ratio is relatively low.

The room is very clean and tidy, and there are places to eat next to and opposite the hotel! The surrounding environment is also good! Breakfast is great, including instant noodles! Rare to see!
