I booked this hotel by mistake as they have two different hotels with the same name , when I sent them to cancel the reservation they refused to refund or at least offer something as I made it clear that I won’t be able to go to that hotel
I would really not recommend to book this hotel

The hotel is quite clean, a few minutes walk from the train station, and King's Road is also very close. There is also a church on the way to King's Road, but it is not open to the public.

The hotel is only 200 meters away from the train station, which is very convenient. It is about 1 kilometer away from the Königsallee. The staff is nice and the hotel has a rich breakfast. However, the room is too small. House prices skyrocketed during the Cologne Fair.

Hygiene: There are hairs inside the quilt, it's not clean, the bathroom is OK
Facilities: The doors and windows are locked, equipped with a coffee machine, complete facilities, but relatively old, there is a bottle of water in the room, it has been opened, I dare not drink it, I can only buy it if I ask the front desk.
Environment: There are hotels around, it's relatively quiet.
Service: There are no disposable slippers, combs, etc. Any disposable items, I placed an order with the hotel pad but no one gave it to me. I went to the front desk to ask, and the front desk said that he didn't let me wait for the butler for the next day, and no one gave it to me the next day, but it was good to help me keep my luggage.

The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The pure water at the water bar every day is great, because the water in Germany has a relatively high mineral content. If you boil the tap water yourself, there will be a layer of white foam in it😅😅😅
