This is a chain store similar to a B&B. This building is a century-old culturally protected building that has been renovated. It looks old on the outside but new on the inside. Not suitable for people who like to enjoy hotel services. You need to get your own keys when checking in at the hotel. Customer service speaks German, English and French. The hotel is clean and the location is great. There is a parking space at the door. As soon as you go out, across the road is the Rhine River Park. On the left is the Rhine TV Tower, Düssel's landmark building. Very suitable for couples to vacation.

I’ve stayed here for long periods twice, once during the pandemic and once in January 2023, Great location, however the place is outdated, very dusty and unclean in general. See images for how dirty the floor, curtains and bathroom are. There is a distinct musk smell that lingered through the room at all times and it very pungent when you first enter I could forgive this during the pandemic but not after the pandemic. The staff are hit and miss, some very friendly and some very rude. They also left a key in my door as as you can imaging I was surprised as it opened the door, and apparently this was my fault. They sometimes has a large dog in reception that growls and barks at you which is not the welcoming attribute you would expect from a”premium” establishment Parking is a nightmare with a roaring 3 tier small car only underground space. It’s clunky and takes a solid 5-10 min to get your car out All in all, it’s ok but not really worth the cost and with the unprofessionalism of some staff members my recommendation is to avoid

Arriving on a weekend means contactless instructions sent on the day, which isn’t pleasant if you don’t have internet. Kettle was super dirty, it was changed when I sent them an email by accessing the apartment the next day without informing me. Same with adding a blanket because I wasn’t able to control the AC from iPad and was freezing. I sent an email, they cranked up the heating remotely and the apartment was super hot. I sadly didn’t enjoy staying there, and it was an investment. I didn’t get the apartment in the pictures, or the upgrade, or a bottle of wine as promised with VIP access. The communication was dry, not friendly. This was a birthday treat, and I told them. They didn’t seem to care.
The size of the apartment is fantastic, The Rituals brand soap and hand cream is a nice touch, the furniture is elegant, but the nearest supermarket is a 15-20 minute walk away. Communication is lacking, that’s for sure.

Lovely apartment
Lovely, cosy, fully equipped apartment located a short walk into town.
Great communication from the owner.
Points to note however:
There were none of the “Gold member” items given (advertised when booking). No microwave and no extra pillows.
