The second time I stayed here, the street environment was not as good as the last time I stayed there.

The location of the hotel was nice, the concept was nice, but the rooms were a bit cold and inadequate, also there were no Turkish channels on the TV channels, most hotels I went to had this feature.

So the Ruby Hotels came highly recommended by a friend, so I thought I would give one of them a try as well. I booked a room for myself - my family from home decided to join me for some days and booked 2 rooms as well. The place is great. Great location (Tram, U-Bahn and busses etc just around the corner) and FANTASTIC staff - shout out to Sam, Cedric, Abdallah, Susi, Claire and Donatella!! They all helped with making these days extra great for me and the fam by moving things around, so the fam's rooms could be on the same floor and whatnot. And thank you again for making that happen. Super clean place, lovely and quirky vibes in the lobby, rooms are neat and clean. Comfy bed, crisp sheets, and good shower. I for one appreciate, that there isn't any knickknack pillows or a throw that you wouldn't touch anyway, and that there's no carpet. Keeps things clean, neat and easy to deal with. Good breakfast, good selection and well worth it, great start to the day. Loved the comfy chairs in the lobby to hang out in and have a drink in the evening or a coffee in the afternoon. Also great with a terrasse out front to enjoy the sun and the quiet - which was a bit wild, in the middle of the city and it was super relaxed and pretty quiet. All in all, I would absolutely recommend and would come visit again.

I loved my stay at this hotel and Düsseldorf. The rooms were amazing, clean and spacious, the bar was very nice! Such an amazing experience, but the best of it all was the staff, I loved them. Steffi and José from the night shift were super friendly and open. They made my stay here even more memorable. Thank you a lot!

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the easy check-in and checkout was great. The reception from their staff is superb. Clara, Joanna, and Sam were really friendly, supportive and rendered a good service. The breakfast was really nice, they had varieties you could choose from. I had a clean room. You can also have a look of the surroundings through the transparent window blind which is beautiful. This is my second time using them, and in both cases the experience was great. I will definitely come back again whenever I am in Dusseldorf.

Good afternoon, Following your reports about possible smoking in the room (501), I can confirm that there was absolutely no smoking. The photo shows some remains of tobacco and certainly no traces of smoking and no cigarette was found. We spent the evening in your bar and went outside to smoke several times. staying with you gave such a strange feeling because there was a review about some tobacco residue that came from a pack of cigarettes. 150 euros are now being asked to clean up some remains of tobacco from an empty pack, I would appreciate it if you would refund that, otherwise I will be forced to take further steps to have this misunderstanding assessed again I would like to hear from you yours sincerely, simon

We really enjoyed the stay. Thanks to Cedric + Ellen for excellent service and very delicious cocktails ❤️👍 We enjoyed the 24/7 bar as well as the location. All the places of interest are close to the hotel. The rooms are clean and the transparent shower is very sexy.

Amazing hotel! Fresh and well decorated. Easy check in and check out. Great location. Nice atmosphere in the evenings so you can chill and relax at the bar. Super friendly staff! Especially want to thank you Lio, Clare and Donatella for a cosmic hospitality making my stay big-time!

We just decided to have a final drink in the evening and decided to go to the Ruby bar. It took a while until we got recognized and als the search for the restrooms seemed very difficult. Even asking at the bar led to the single answer "1st floor". Yes, if you know that you need to take the elevator around the corner, it is easy. Back to the drinks, pink poodle 🐩 sounded nice as it should contain raspberry puree and when the drinks arrived it looked not really pink hazy, more clear. Also the taste was very artificial. Asking the bartender, he admitted that they don't have any puree only sirup, and it is as it is. Even asking if he could reduce the price of 13€, he just ignored. So, no, we will not come again, definitely better cocktail bars around

For the experience I had, the welcome, the professionalism and the absolute availability of the staff, I would like to be able to return to the Hotel Ruby soon. Courtesy, cleanliness, charm of the structure, fantastic breakfast and comfortable work and leisure areas make the structure similar to a place you seem to have always known. This hotel has its special own style. The room was comfy and had everything you need in a short stay. The cosmetics are in refillable bottles which I like. It is great that you do not have to wait in queue for the checkout. The staff was really nice and helpful, well balanced in immediacy and distance.

Nice Hotel, well located for shopping, Xmas markets and the Alstadt. Quirky decor made a nice change from the standard type of hotel decor. Well priced for its location in a large city, didn’t opt for breakfast but it looked pretty good. Quite a lively bar, which I can imagine would be very popular in warmer weather.
