Had the room 322. Ventilation every 5 min gets noisy, window blindes broken and fixed with plastic stoppers, no TV remote control in the room so had to walk to reception to get one. And after all this charging 25 Euro for an outside parking is just crazy. Thank you but for sure this is my first and last stay.

I stayed for one night in the b’mine hotel in Düsseldorf - and for sure not the last time - I liked it. It has an overall good design of the exterior and interior spaces - classical modernism. I booked a CarLoft Room - a car lift transports to my own loggia. The combination of colour, light, material and art created and creates a great ambience. I enjoyed the sauna and and had a real good breakfast before I left the hotel - next time I might stay longer, even I do not like Düsseldorf that much :-) And the receptionist while check-in was super assistant, helpfully and nice. And the other in the morning while check out as well.

Awful place nothing to recommend it. Small rooms, loud music from the restaurant. Unwelcoming staff. Sometimes don't bother turning down your room. I would rather have slept in the park. Please look elsewhere there are cheaper better hotels

I stayed here for just one night but really enjoyed it. The hotel is quite simple but very cozy and welcoming. It's not directly in the center but only two underground stops away from the main train station so it's well connected. The rooms were pretty well furnished and comfortable. I only wish they had more lighting as in the evening it was a bit dark in the room. There is a small stool which doubles as a side table, but that would have better been replaced by a proper chair for someone who wanted to work at the desk for example. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and great to get you started for the day. There is also a small gym and sauna, but didn't get time to check those out. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here for a very short time when our flight was cancelled back to the UK. Staff was helpful and the room was very smart and modern. Lots of extras in the room. Coffee machine, water and toiletries all included. Shame we only stayed here for about 5 hours!

Ich war sehr auf das b’mine Hotel in Düsseldorf gespannt. Nach einem eher spröden Empfang konnte ich mein EZ-Zimmer im 2. Stock beziehen. Klein, minimalistisch eingerichtet mit einem „Fensterbett“. Alles in allem ein stylisches Zimmer. Manko: das Bett ist nur für Personen unter 1,80 Körperlänge gedacht… man kommt sich wie in einer Wurfkiste vor. Für Menschen mit Platzangst definitiv die falsche Zimmerwahl. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist gross. Die Gerichte schmackhaft. Auch die asiatisch geprägte Küche im Restaurant, welches im 6. Stock des Hauses, liegt, ist zu empfehlen. Leider ist der Service etwas holprig… freundlich aber bei größeren Gruppen (so wie wir es waren) meiner Meinung nach überfordert.

Insgesamt sehr freundliches Personal. Insbesondere im Meetingbereich und beim Frühstück. Leider gab es bei der Ankunft mehrere Probleme, die durch die Rezeption nicht ernst genommen wurden und auch nicht gelöst wurden. Neben Problemen mit der Zimmertür gab es Schwierigkeiten mit der Klimaanlage. Niemand war im Stande das Problem zu beheben und mich als Gast darüber zu informieren. In Summe ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Selten einen so schlechten Gästeservice erlebt. So schade, weil es so nicht sein müsste. Was meine ich damit: * Es geht damit los, dass der Welcome-Drink wegen Verstopfung nicht entnommen werden kann - das Feedback interessiert die Mitarbeiterin nicht * Die Zimmerkarte funktioniert nicht. Der Mitarbeiterin fällt nach Beschwerde auf, dass es schon länger Probleme mit der Tür des Zimmer‘s gibt. Warum wird es dann vergeben? * Das neu zugewiesene Zimmer weißt mindestens 25 ; eher 27 Grad auf. Heizung ist aber nicht regulierbar. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang möchte sich darum kümmern. 1,5 h später ist nix passiert. * Die Mitarbeiterin empfiehlt unter der normalen Telefonnummer anzurufen, um Anliegen zu klären (ein Telefon gibt es im Hotel nicht). Leider geht trotz mehrfacher Anrufe Niemand an das Telefon. * Trotz mehrfacher Anfragen und vorhandener WLAN-Router kann mir kein WLAN-Zugang mit Code zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast nicht willkommen und auch nicht wohl. Dennis
