The hotel is clean and the service attitude is very good. It takes only five minutes to walk downstairs to the Rhine River and the Rhine Tower. Two bottles of water are provided in each room.

Great location at the Media Harbour, the city center can be reached on foot in 20 minutes along the Rhine. Great room and very friendly service. Always my pleasure!

hammering sounds early in the morning
there was a renovation on my upper floor and they were hammering at 17:00 pm and next morning they started hammering on 07:30 am!!!!! i chose this hotel to rest with peace in my crowded schedule and i didn’t want a hotel in city center but i have to get up early with hammer sounds!! room was beautiful yet clean but the sounds ruined it all!!! i will visit dusseldorf next month too but i don’t know if i would choose the same hotel

Cleaning of room was not great, dirty cups left in room, no toilet paper and shower gel empty. Sheets and room was clean just wasnt reset
