The cleanliness was okay and location was so near to airport. But the staff in reception was so unprofessional to handle check-in. That person was slow and unmannered to treat customers. Anyway the view from the window was quite nice

Very good, clean, soundproof, rich breakfast, and suitable location! Even if you arrive late, checkin is trouble-free! Will come again!

Overall, the stay was good. Service was very friendly and nice. Location was great because there were buses and trains right outside the hotel. For me personally, the bed was hard and uncomfortable and the room was very dusty.

The receptionists were very helpful. I was able to take a leisurely bath. The breakfast was delicious. I was able to walk to the airport, so the location was good. No problems.
