It was a Nice trip.

Friendly staff that all spoke English. The location felt safe and was very quiet but still central. The room was nice enough and had enough space, and the hotel was comfortable with some artistic design. My room faced towards the direction of the old town but was silent at night, and quiet during the day even with the windows wide open. Plenty of hot water, but the towels were small and cheap. A coffee expresso machine in the room with coffee but no tea. The hotel looked a bit tired in places but nothing to worry about and repairs were ongoing. Unfortunately the advertised computer I needed was missing apparently broken. This was unacceptable and my only real complaint. No garden seating area. The breakfast was good with enough to choose from including hot food, but it finished early at 10:30. The English black tea wasn’t and was horrible, so British tea drinkers bring tea yourself. If passing I’d stay here again for sure.

Located at one end of King's Road, the location is very good. The hotel is very large and the lobby is very grand. In order to take a bath to eliminate the fatigue of travel, I chose a deluxe room. The bathtub is very large. The room should have been updated. The furniture is very new. The carpet is a bit old. There is no old smell. So far, it is good. However, first, the door lock of the room is broken. At first, the door was very heavy and I didn't pay attention. Before going to bed, I found that it was not locked at all. The anti-theft chain was also pried off. It was very unsafe. I called the front desk and changed it. Second, the new bathroom appliances are very old, there are black spots in the toilet, and the feeling is too bad. The washbasins in both rooms have cracks, and the hair dryers are dirty. Because I arrived at the store in the middle of the night, I didn't ask for replacement. I got up early the next day and took a bath to sleep well. Looking at the bright scenery outside the window, you can see the TV tower. The room at the other end should be able to see King's Road. I feel that the old bathroom is not a big problem. Next time you stay, remember to bring disinfectant tissues. The hotel has its own parking garage, which is very safe. It should be charged but it is not charged. I don't know if it is because of what happened last night. However, the elevator is located in the lobby, turn left as soon as you enter the door, no room card is required, and it is a sightseeing elevator, which is a little unsafe. There is a surveillance video at the elevator entrance, which is probably better. The last advantage is that the lobby toilet is free 😍

There are many rooms, which are quite good. It is located next to King's Road and the location is easy to find. It is a nice hotel. I hope that the shower area will not be placed in the bathtub.

It can't be compared with domestic four or five star hotels. The only advantage is that it is next to King Street.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few hundred meters from King's Road. There is a light rail station on the left side of the door. The transportation is convenient. It is only 3 stops away from the main train station. There are many flights to the airport at the main station. The hotel looks ordinary from the outside, but the internal hygiene and facilities are relatively complete. There are two elevators inside, and one of them was under maintenance, so it is a little inconvenient during busy times! It is still worth recommending

The room is not big. But the location is convenient, just next to the King's Road. There is a paid parking lot under the hotel.

There are two Leonardo Hotels in Dusselburg City, so be sure to look for them! Parking is difficult to find, so you have to use the public parking lot (20 euros per day). Service and location are really good The room condition is disappointing. The shower room didn't close properly and the drain was dirty. The bed and bedding were uncomfortable. But overall I was satisfied! Please be kind!
