Warning: Outrageous Experience at Hotel Ashley's Garden I am absolutely furious about my recent reservation at Hotel Ashley's Garden. This establishment charged my credit card a whopping $6000+ through ***********, and their response, or rather lack thereof, has left me seething with anger. This is nothing short of outright fraud! Be warned, future guests, this hotel's shady billing practices are beyond unacceptable. Stay away unless you want to endure a nightmarish experience that could cost you dearly. ---

The hotel is located in a really quiet residential area just outside the city center. Very helpful and friendly staff. The building obviously isn't new, and upon arrival I was a bit worried - but that wasn't necessary at all! Everything was really clean and cozy. The only downside for me was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. We had dinner with a group of 10 in the restaurant, and that was also really good. Overall service and customer orientation is top notch. Breakfast is maybe a bit basic, but still very good. If you come by car: plenty of free parking space in front of the hotel.

Charming setting in residential area. Bird song is omnipresent. Delicious food! Very clean room with good quality bedding. Welcoming and caring staff. As part of this business trip, I appreciated the proximity to the convention center. Good value for money.

Jan 25, former director/owner accepted offer to postpone our visit for a day and accept his offer for a large room. Furthermore, immediately confirmed by email. Upon arrival it turned out that there was no booking because they thought my email was fake... What a shame. The beautiful large room became a rather small but neat room. At 6.30 pm upon returning from the Messe, payment was requested. According to the reception, the agreed price would be without breakfast and therefore an additional charge had to be paid. When I referred to my email confirmation of all details, the receptionist continued to insist that they had not replied and that my price was incorrect, treated in a rude manner. When I was about to go to another hotel, Mr Krewerth suddenly appeared and reported that everything was fine. The atmosphere was ruined and even more so because the table selected for the restaurant at 1 p.m. turned out to be occupied in the evening. Internal communication also appears to fail. Dinner very expensive but excellent. Breakfast very simple. Anyway, never book here again. What a joke Drs E

A great little hotel with that certain something. Individually decorated rooms, a cozy restaurant and bar area and a great little garden with a pool. All the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good, but unfortunately we weren't able to try the dinner because there was a private party/wedding in the hotel and a reservation in the restaurant was not possible.

Very friendly and professional staff on every level, super comfortably furnished and the Wiener Schnitzel is a sensation, I booked again after 3 weeks. Parking spaces right outside the door and within walking distance to the trade fair, rarely have I slept so well in a hotel
