這樣説吧，這麼多年出去旅遊從來沒有住過如此讓人無語的酒店，幾乎也從來不給任何酒店評論和差評，但這家酒店我必須給差評！！！ 首先第一點：我們是臨時在春節趕路期間入住了這家維也納酒店，先不説價格的問題了，入住環境，以及入住後酒店衞生，酒店設施，酒店用品，服務態度就直接讓人驚掉下巴。 各位路過的小夥伴們看圖！ 我們下高速已經是凌晨12點半由於入住時間的確太晚了，我們也沒有真的説挑剔別個，但是進房間第一件事就是：直接連電視機都沒有！！！問了前台為啥連電視機都沒有，前台自己也很懵逼，還反問我沒有電視機嗎？經過她自己大腦轉速，後面敷衍説是電視機維修，我本來想問那我可以換一個房間嗎？但是想着都這麼晚了，電視機不是主要的，但是光從這個前台服務態度，首先，自己家的酒店，一個房間沒有電視機都不曉得嘛？這個事情，我們就算了，也沒説能不能幫我們換一個房間。因為的確人也很疲憊了。 第二個事情：這房間翻遍了所有櫃子，居然沒有拖鞋，我又再次打電話給前台，前台支支吾吾再次問我們“沒有拖鞋嗎？再找一下”我當時就很火大了，我説300多的酒店，電視機你告訴我維修，現在沒有拖鞋，難不成我還騙你幾毛錢拖鞋？後面前台才從新説我給你們送上來，反正住過那麼多酒店，這個維也納真的是難以形容了！大家避雷！！！！！！！ 另外特別有特色：房間還有麻將桌……可能是我們入住晚，也衹有這個房間了。認了！ 反正挺膈應，大家自己閲讀！。 環 設施：差！ 衞生：爆差！ 環境：巨差！ 服務：更差！

酒店位置在高速口，門口停車很方便，適合自駕遊。客房很乾凈，設施齊全，服務周到。周邊離市區遠一點，配套的東西不太多，尤其新年期間稍顯冷清。
