The hotel and staff are so nice, when I booked the hotel wasn’t too happy about it wasn’t expecting much but was blown away by the quality of service I got. Only thing is their bathroom is quite small but the hotel was amazing didn’t want to leave my birthday decoration was very beautiful they made me feel special and the staffs kept complimenting me.

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room.
The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station.
I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

Hotel in the position in front of the sea and excellent horrible the wellness center with a swimming pool impossible to use it as it has neither steps nor a ladder to go down incomprehensible fact never seen in all the swimming pools used all over the world. The outdoor pool is very large with a small one for children, but unfortunately also this impossible to use as all the ladders instead of steps had round tubes difficult to go up and down not only for me but also for other guests.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, very friendly. Only issue id say is there is no sound proofing between rooms or above and below. I'm trying to have a restful sleep and can hear people next door and above me. This takes away the point of having a relaxing break at times.. It can also be difficult to contact the front desk from your room, which I don't understand. So that also doesn't help..
