I really loved the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness and space of the comfortable room, super comfy bed and sheets. Complimentary breakfast is quite decent, but sometimes some of the staff came off a bit rushy or rude.
Front desk staff was awesome, and maintenance fixed any issues super quick, and the maids are quick and nice and do a great job with cleaning, but maybe missed some vacuuming.
I loved the lounge, you got to mingle and the other people staying are super chill and nice and quiet at night. Great pool and spa and gym and courtyard too.

This was the first hotel I stayed at for work in the US, and I revisited it this time. The experience was quite disappointing, to say the least. I tried to speak with the front desk, but the slim female receptionist seemed unwilling to talk.

The place is old and musty. I believe this was a great hotel back in the 90’s. Breakfast was great!!

My daughter stayed at the hotel for one night before leaving Durham after graduating. The hotel was quite large, with a resort-like feel, and the rooms were spacious. However, there were very few staff members; only one person handled check-in at the lobby, and they gave me the wrong room key, forcing me to walk across the entire hotel to get it back. No one helped with the luggage cart, and I couldn't even offer a tip.
