Peerless Hotel Durgapur

The service in this hotel is excellent. House keeping, restaurant services r excellent. The morning complimentary breakfast is definitely excellent. The manpower serving here are above par than the other hotels. They outcase excellent etiquettes towards the guests... The morning breakfast is having delicious items more than stomach full. The staff are above par good here... Few were Moushami, Sushanto, Subodh.... Overall super✌

Awesome stay, very neat and clean, comfortable bed, big specious room, nice bathroom with all modern fittings, staffs are very polite and helpful, quick service, food quality and taste is awesome, breakfast spread is very good, hassle free check in & check out experience, total value for money

I had one of the worst experiences during my recent stay at this property. In the evening, I tried ordering a hot beverage, only to discover that the “4” button on the in-room phone—needed to reach Room Service—was non-functional. I then contacted the reception, where a polite lady assured me that someone from the kitchen would call me within 2 minutes. No one did. I had to follow up twice and eventually go downstairs myself just to order tea. But the real shock came at around 11:30 PM when another guest entered my room using a key card. I was absolutely stunned. I had checked in much earlier and was assigned that room—how could this even happen? I informed the reception immediately. Not only was there no apology or sense of urgency, but the staff also treated the whole incident far too casually. This is a gross breach of guest security and completely unacceptable. If a woman had been staying alone in that room, the consequences could have been incredibly distressing. The lack of professionalism, safety, and basic courtesy from the hotel staff was appalling. Despite the glowing ratings from other guests, my experience at Peerless Hotel – Durgapur was overwhelmingly negative. I sincerely hope the management takes guest services and convenience more seriously going forward.

Food was testy with many varieties. Ambiance also very pleasant. Specially, live counter preety fast. Very nice stay.. room is good ... Service is too good... Thanks to all staff ... All food is good............. Thank You...............

Very pleasant and beautiful stay. The food was tasty and atmosphere enjoyble. Housekeeping service was perfect and the room was beautifully appointed and comfortable, Everyone was kind and accommodating. Specially Housekeeping supervisor Toton for his lovely care.. We enjoyed lot.... Thnks team
