We stayed at the property for approximately five days, during which we encountered recurring issues with the Wi-Fi, despite raising multiple complaints. Additionally, there was a lack of proper guidance regarding the breakfast area. Each morning, we had to navigate the premises ourselves to locate where breakfast was being served, as no staff members were available to assist or direct us. On one occasion, an executive informed us that breakfast would be served at a particular location, and since it was a buffet, we began to help ourselves. However, another staff member abruptly approached us and informed us—rather unprofessionally—that we were not supposed to take breakfast from that area and should instead proceed to another floor. The tone and manner in which this was communicated felt unnecessarily harsh, as if we were in the wrong for accessing a service that was clearly included in our stay. Overall, while the property has potential, the lack of basic hospitality and clear communication significantly impacted our experience. We hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements to ensure a more seamless and welcoming stay for future guests.

The hotel is very nice. This is my second stay in this hotel.staff is very friendly .rooms neat and clean,cosy.rakesh and bidhut very helpfull ,always help me.food is also good.bathroom shower is very nice .bathroom also very clean and hygiene. Thanks for keep standards of the room

Poor service. Rooms are smaller and same as shown in MMT. Service staff are annoying. Very bad experience as I had checked in with my family. Faced water supply issue and no action from the hotel staff. Bad attitude and behaviour shown by the staff.

Stayed in Superior and Suit rooms. The quality of service and rooms are excellent! Same goes for the dining as well. 24x7 dining available which is awesome! The quality food is also great. Highly recommended! Will be definitely come back for another experience!
