Worst experience. Stayed here for 4 nights in oct 2024. 1) We stayed here for a company program and some of us came early and our company paid for the same. But they were not sure whether to serve us dinner or not for that day. Very embarrassing. 2) they mix up vegetarian and non vegetarian items in the dining hall and do not name them properly making it very difficult for vegetarians to eat. 3) After breakfast on 25.10.2024, my colleagues and I sat leisurely in the lobby and a hotel front desk staff asked me to behave with ETIQUETTES and sit properly. It may be their hotel policy not to sit in the lobby but they could have told me politely. Humiliation. They were not trained properly to be in front desk. Very rude staff. The hotel management should train their staff properly and recruit only those persons having some decency. 4) Bathroom and toilets were not cleaned properly. 5)There are a number of hotels in the same location. so there is nothing special about this hotel. 6) There are five floors and there is no lift access to the top floor.

During my stay at citi residency, the standard room had water stains on the walls and ceiling, a lingering smoking smell when closed, and limited lift access only up to the 4th floor, requiring stairs for standard rooms beyond that.

I saw the room in the picture at the time of booking but the hotel gave me a totally different room, with no space for luggage, no tea table, no mirrors, the windows are very normal all the outside sound is coming inside, no interior nothing, other side they showed the good interior of the room in the picture, lobby was carpet covered in the picture but in reality, no carpet is on the 5th floor of this hotel and lift will go up to the 4th floor only you have to take stairs for 5th floor it's like a joke on the category of star rating Never take 5th floor rooms.
