I wasn’t very happy with the service my mother received when she was checking in. I booked the hotel for my mother. In addition to a screen shot of the confirmation I received, they wanted me to forward them the confirmation email. I’ve never had to do that with any hotel so it was strange. Beside that everything else was fine.
