There are large accommodation facilities in the same price range nearby, and we recommend that.
Local people often asked me, "Why did you stay at the Riviera Hotel Durban?"
In fact, there is no air conditioner, no shampoo, the toilet is cold, and the whole hotel is old, so I do not recommend it.
The only advantage is that there is a petrol station in the vicinity and there is something like a small convenience store nearby.

Floor carpet skinks, towels are very old and torn. The lifts smell horrible. Reception wearing shorts, dirty Tshirt and sandals. Also the supervisor eating right in the reception while guests waiting to be checked in

On the advertisement they show something Very good. come inside the lift is not working a tv is not working no aircon no fridge and the rest ay shame they must close it

The first room I was put was fine but there was a lot of noise at night apparently it’s from the shop next door then was moved to another room which was very hot and there’s no fan then the toilet was licking then the tv was not working I think a hotel need a renovation in my opinion

The hotel has a foul oudour there was cockroaches in the room fan wasn't working properly. Lift was broken I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone There's no aircon in the room. TV channels were not even working. No wifi. This hotel is the worst hotel possible.

Our rooms were not at check-in time.The beds and furniture are old.What is advertised is not what we got. The hotel doesn't have rules. Too much fights and noise at the passage.We didn't enjoy ourstay
