We spontaneously decided to spend a wellness weekend here. The hotel itself has been beautifully renovated in a modern style. Personally, we think the pool area is too small, the rooms are a good size and very clean, the bathrooms are great, but the pillows are far too thin and don't support you at all.

I stayed in six different hotels throughout Germany (Frankfurt, Hamburg, stuttgart, Munich, and Durbach) over a week for work, and Ritter Durbach was by far the very best hotel. I will go back to Germany and just stay here all week. Breakfast was delicious, comfortable dining room. Room was spacious and clean. And the service was top notch. From arrival to check out, it was the most pleasant time I spent in Germany. Many thanks, Ritter Durbach; I’ll see you again soon.

This is the Third stay at this hôtel and we are not disapointed at all. The hôtel with the pool and the spa is top with our highest expectations. . The restaurant is far more better than the other ones around there The staff is top top

I needed a hotel near Strasbourg and did not want to stay in the usual overpriced chains that are there. Discovered this place and it really is outstanding. Location is in a lovely vineyard village but a few mins to the motorways. Room very good and large.. comfortable beds. Breakfast fantastic and plentiful. The Spa is brilliant and it’s free… if this was the UK there would be extra charges. Great combination of saunas, str room, pool , jacuzzi and chill out zones. And to top it all it’s brilliant value for money. So all in all this is a real gem. Well done to the owners.

Such a unique and welcoming hotel. Best breakfast I have had. Eat at the restaurant which was also beyind expectation. Wonderful pool and spa area and very relaxed. Would definitely visit again.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff! We had a lengthy stay here - 11 days. Hotel is a labyrinth of levels and rooms, but everything spotless and well maintained. Towels a little thin for our taste, but room was roomy and comfortable with excellent beds . All service great, breakfast buffet plentiful and varied. Staff faultlessly works to please.
