This is an excellent place with wonderful surroundings and the most helpful host ever. Quiet, with superb rooms and a great breakfast, it has a nice swimming pool, open thill late and perfect atmosphere for a very relaxing vacation. It also welcomes pets.

We stayed at La Carreterie end of July - beginning of August 2023 with our family of 4 and our dog Maya. Our stay in this lovely place was perfect. The first days we stayed in 2 rooms(Iela and Mauricette), both were very large and nicely decorated. After a few nights we moved to the 6-persons gîte which we loved even more. Everything is provided: a fully equiped kitchen, household linen,.. The beds are great and the bathrooms really modern and clean. What made our holiday extra special was the owner: Thierry and his son are such nice people and are always so very helpfull and sincerely interested in their customers. La Carreterie is in quite neighborhood but only a few minutes drive from shops and markets. We visited Bordeaux, Bergerac, Saint-Emilion, Duras, Castelmoron-d'Albret and some wine castles: Thierry was always available to give us some tips and advice. We also enjoyed the lovely garden: our dog felt completely at home ! The swimming pool is great and we played badminton, table tennis and petanque. I can only recommand this place !

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans ce lieu paisible. Merci à Thierry pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Chambre parfaite!! Cocooning avec sa superbe baignoire. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec de bons produits. Avons à nouveau réservé pour fêter un anniversaire en famille au printemps. A recommander les yeux fermés. A bientôt Thierry Nathalie et Michel

Excelente alojamiento en Dordogne, habitación muy confortable, un buen desayuno y nuestra habitación con un gran balcón. El dueño una excelente persona, muy amable. Tener previsto que en agosto muy caluroso no hay aire acondicionado. Un gran parque, muy recomendable

Un joli gîte dans cadre paisible . Les chambres sont très spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Une très bonne literie et une propreté impeccable. L accueil est à la hauteur du reste, authentique et chaleureux. On recommande le petit déjeuner. Merci pour ce séjour agréable.

De passage dans le département, nous avons fait étape dans ce superbe lieu. Accueillant, calme et magnifique. Notre chambe était spacieuse, propre et très jolie. Nous avons apprécié aussi le petit déjeuner avec de bons produits dans le magnifique parc sous un beau soleil. Le petit plus pour nous motards, pouvoir stationner la moto dans un garage fermé. Merci pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Nous étions de passage chez des amis et avons réservé un chambre pour la nuit car nous étions en route pour l'Espagne. La chambre, je dirai la suite parentale était immense et superbe, la literie nous a permis de passer une bonne nuit réparatrice pour reprendre la route et le copieux petit- déjeuner nous a permis de tenir jusqu'à 14h.
