Not what was expected
The hotel wasn’t the same as the pictures condition wise, very run down, room wasn’t as clean as expected for its star rating, games room facilities were broken, breakfast options were very limited. For the price we paid and star it’s rated was expecting was more from the hotel

This is great location in the country side, outside the busy atmosphere of Gaziantep city. The place has a spa with thermal baths. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the senior management were trying their best to assist with any need. Food we ate at the restaurant (both near the hotel as well as the one opposite side of the road) were great. Howver, hotel need some maintenance to its rooms, especially bathrooms. Once pointing out the issues, they promptly fixed them. Also, guests need to remember that only when the request, the cleaning staff will come and clean and make up the room.

Arkadaşlarla romatizmaya iyi gelsin diye gittik ekstra olarak ruhumuzada iyi geldi temiz havayı özlemişiz vallahi şehirin gürültüsünden stresinden uzakta güzel bi tatil yaptık yemekler lezizdi yarım pansiyon olması sizi üzmesin binbir çeşit açık büfede karnımızı tıka basa doldurduk.

Eşim ve çocuklarımla çok kaliteli vakit geçirdik adeta yeni bir şehir kurulmuş bölgeye eşimle ata bindik çocuklarım için midilli tercih ettik otelin aslında kocaman bi alanda olduğunu cem bey gezinti teklifi yapınca farkettik üst taraflarda atıl bırakılmış bir açık hava sineması olması açıkçası bizi üzdü klasik otomobillerin o halde bırakılması içimi parçaladı ama yine de mükemmel bir deneyimdi herkese tavsiye ederim.
