Check your reservation paperwork When we got to the hotel, the lady checked us into the wrong room, under the wrong reservation, wrong person. Put our card on someome elses account for deposit. When I had told her that I didnt pay for my room yet, she told me it was paid in full. I tried explaining again that I never paid for my room, she told me I had. She handed me a paper to sign for our vehicle info, it had someone elses name. I told her and she finally realized she had put us into the wrong room under someone else. That was all supposed to have been taken care of. We got to our right room, swam, and went to bed. Then our phone rings at 10:30pm after we all went to bed. It was the lady that checked us in. She said I needed to come down to the front desk to pay because the card she put on the ither persons account didnt transfer to our reservation. I asled if i could do it in the morning as I was already undressed and had been sleeping. She told me no, I needed to come down right then or I would be "charged a bunch of crazy fees" because it shows I never checked into our room. I got a message for pre check-in earlier in the day and put my card info on that instead and asked her if she can refresh so I didnt have to come. She said "yeah if it doesnt work ill call you back" as id she didnt hear me when i said wveryone including children was sleeping in our room. So unprofessional and something that was avoidable had she listened to me to begin with when I said I never paid for my room.

The hotel was nice and clean. A good place to stay for a couple of days. Free parking and breakfast was a plus. The bathroom needs a a little bit of maintenance, the toilet seat needs to be replaced as well as the sink faucet, and the inside of the bathroom door needs to be painted. All in all was a good stay.

The property and staff were great. They could do better on housekeeping job. There were lump of hair both in shower and bathroom sink.

The only thing good was the front desk clerk, Correen. What a charming girl, very helpful, hospitable, and comforting. She said if we, needed anything to call and she would bring it to us. U shpuld make her the manager, she knows how to deal with people. Now for the bad, there was a big clump of hair in the sheets. Mold and hair in the shower,

Walkers paradise and nice hotel! Really exceptional. Breakfast excellent with green and red chile and fluffy scrambled eggs not over salted. Great coffee suprisingly. Nice breakfast space. The room was so nice. Good water pressure in shower. Nice view across the river to other side. The location is a bit farther from downtown but it was quiet and there is an exquisite walking and biking trail along the river right there! We walked north along river trail the first evening and south aling the same trail the next day. So massively peaceful and stunning views of river and river banks. Next time we're bringing our bikes!
