While I can't complain about the price of this hotel. It did not live up to the expectations that I had. Location wise, it's near a fairly busy street and not only are the walls thin but there are gaps in the door so I heard every time a car passed by along with all of the commotion that happened outside.
Additionally, the photos that you see on the hotels website and reviews don't accurately portray what the hotel looks like in person. It feels like this hotel was attempted to be renovated and got halted somewhere in the middle.

This hotel was just honestly .. gross.
The floors were filthy. There was used toilet paper in the bathroom, the tub had filthy hair come up in the tub (it wasn’t draining) there was no hot water. Electricity didn’t work to charge phones .. we switched rooms and the other room had the same issues. We left two nights before check out and didn’t even ask for a refund it wasn’t worth it we just wanted to get out and find a different hotel. Don’t book here. Save your money.

There was no heat at this hotel. They were in the middle of remodeling and my room had a space heater. It was extremely dirty, and the front staff was not available.

The staff was extremely helpful and offered reasonable solutions when issues popped up. I stayed here for one week and I will definitely return when the opportunity arises.

The thing that made this hotel stand out was the hot tub and pool in the outdoor biosphere. They were not working and the front desk man gave a lame excuse as to why they were not working. This hotel was bought by an Indian family and they are running it very cheaply. The excuse about the hot tub and pool is an example of this. They also locked the ice maker room door every morning which was very irritating. And, crazy, there was no one at the front desk every morning during one of the busiest times of the day. There was a sign saying the front desk staff was away for a short time, but this happened every day. Get the pool and hut tub working - this is the only thing that made the hotel special and different from other hotels on the main *****.

Our bathroom room light didn’t work, the staff came to fix and taped the switch on with electrical tape which doesn’t stay sticky for long, so the light had to be on the entire time which was hard to sleep with two toddlers. It was on main street with poor insulation so could hear all the cars, my mom’s room the heater was out so they had a space heater in there which didn’t work well. The shower was not warm water, the staff was rarely at front desk, and the morning breakfast food was stale and not good.

No fitness room. Pool not working. Both advertised on website. Tv didn’t work. Room had bad smell. Shower drain plugged. Breakfast limited.

I’m not impressed with this property nor am I ******* that I booked it through. Both the hotel website and ******* said nothing about their pool and hot tub being closed for the winter but both sides show these beautiful pictures of a pool and hot tub that you are unable to use at this time. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the winter without any issue being able to use the pool and hot tub but under new management they are now closing it during the winter, even though it’s fully covered? On arrival we noticed that the pool and tub were both empty. The property refused to do anything about it and ******* offered us $15 credit since our booking was nonrefundable. Definitely won’t stay at the property anymore it has gone downhill quite a bit since new ownership had taken over.
