這家酒店的服務真是太棒了！從入住到離店，每一個環節都讓我感到非常滿意。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，讓我感到非常舒適。酒店的工作人員也非常友好熱情，為我提供了很好的服務。早餐也非常豐富，有很多選擇。總之，這家酒店真的非常值得推薦！

酒店位置很好，就在多倫湖景區旁邊，距離多倫縣城還有30分鐘車程。酒店有供暖，對於國慶節過來的遊客來説很重要。另外，酒店能接受攜帶寵物狗，這很不錯。至於早餐，很簡單，能吃飽。

太差太差了，想着方便看日出日落，但最多衹能早上在樓後的木棧道走走，但根本看不到日出日落。
498一間的“豪華房”，攜程訂單顯示預訂成功、12:00以後可入住，到店剛過12點，短髮女前台一臉哭相冷漠到極致，硬説房間沒騰出來，至少2小時後才能入住，直到説要跟攜程投訴，她才説給協調一下，結果瞬間就告知三個房間都可入住，典型的倚仗臨近景區欺客。
房間設施：衹有正常捲紙1/5量的一小卷劣質衞生紙、1小瓶洗髮液+半小瓶沐浴液、1個牙刷+1把梳子+一塊臟兮兮的小香皂+2個浴帽，幸好帶過來了太僕寺旗元華的洗護套裝和多贈送的未拆封牙刷牙膏。洗臉池臟污，毛巾黃跡斑斑，浴巾上好些頭髮和黑色臟碎屑，一次性拖鞋就像一張薄紙。電吹風是壞的不能用，電話斷了線放在抽屜裏沒法用。浴袍、小冰箱、抽紙這些更沒有，幸好踩死蟲子蟑螂不算損壞房間物品。
多倫湖後來被取消了4A景區評級，想來也與景區酒店服務臟亂差長期得不到治理的亂象有很大關係。若評分有負數，這種酒店值得負一百分。

酒店設施老化，下水道反味嚴重。電視是擺設，模糊不清，不能觀看。晚上臨睡前發現床上，被子上、枕頭上都有一種黑蟲，去前台問服務員，回答是這個季節就是蟲子多，沒辦法，還建議住客見到蟲子就捏死好了。早餐的包子饅頭花捲等都是涼的，服務員説這是因為天氣涼的原因，盛菜的容器沒有加熱，最後衹是吃點粥泡煮雞蛋勉強充饑。設備老舊可以，但一定要衞生。早餐品種可以簡單，但一定要客人吃的舒適。訂房之前看了很多評論説了類似的問題，想着可能是有些住客過於挑剔的刻板評論吧，畢竟這個酒店的價格不低，但親身經歷了的確感覺如此。真實評價不匿名，希望酒店改進。

套房剛好一家三口，房間挺大的，中央空調可以隨意調節室温，就在多倫湖遊客中心邊上，對面的餐廳吃飯也很方便。周邊可以打卡的地方很多，多倫湖的美景，酒店門口棧道的晚霞，瑪瑙山的青青草原。

房間還算乾淨，前台服務比較熱情，這就不得不遭吐槽下對面早餐餐廳的服務，進門一張板磚臉，愛答不理的，上來的包子是涼的，讓去熱一下很不耐煩，玉米端過來掉桌子上直接上手撿回盤子，讓拿去換一個來一句桌子剛擦的…諸如此類……看在酒店前台熱情服務的份上，不去投訴這幾個憨憨了，希望酒店方面提升下相關人員素質吧。

10月2日住的。就是沙發底下很多臭蟲的屍體，還有一些瓜子殼。因為手機掉沙發縫裡，挪了一下。看到了，希望酒店打掃衞生徹底一些。還有就是橫幅寫着住酒店送多倫湖門票。第二天就説活動結束了。結束了應該早點撤橫幅。我出門一般很少給人評價，這次也沒準備，今天收到攜程的通知，順便把真實情況發一下。所以沒拍下那些臭蟲的屍體。是臭蟲不是小強。得有十幾二十個。
