Overall good hotel comfy beds and pillows , only downside was the duvets which were heavy and very warm , the rooms had no air con which maybe could look to add in future . Not far from airport so good location . Friendly staff .

Excellent all round. Welcomed with a smile and offer of help with anything we wanted. Comfy bed and clean room. Breakfast was delicious, great value and service was excellent

The bed was amazing...and the shower/bath was nice for the kids. But the room hadn't been cleaned properly. The floor was dirty, the TV hadn't been dusted in a long time and when we asked for the room to be cleaned, the floor was still dirty and one of the bins wasn't emptied...small things, but I expected better. Get what you pay for I guess.

Very comfortable stay, good reception service on check in as well. Room clean and tidy, bed very comfortable and relaxing . Shower was fine, the pressure was a bit down but understood why. Overall, very pleasant experience, nice breakfast as well!

Room was clean and tidy, good size and both receptionists were excellent, friendly and helpful. Happy to help with an early check out, no negatives ,beefeater is next door and a cracking chippy cross the road Pepes. Would recommend 👌 handy for hospital also.

I stayed at the hotel for a week and it was a very comfortable stay. The rooms had everything needed and was lovely and warm. The beds were also very comfortable. The housekeeping staff came daily. It was very clean. The bar attached provided a good service and the food was also very nice. Will definitely stay there again

This hotel is the worst premier inn I've stayed at. Rooms where not fully furnished like other hotels in the chain. Both breakfast and evening meals where luke warm at best. No service with a smile. Workmen out side the room window banging and operating machines at 8am waking everybody up. Woke up on last day to find Flat tyre on my car due to workmens screw. I found the exact same screws lying around the carpark. After putting the spare on it cost me £40 to get fixed before driving home. Won't be going back...

Someone (with a keycard) walked into the bedroom before we had checked out. I complained to the front desk and they said they would investigate and come back to me and they havent. I find this a major concern given my partner was still in bed so its a significant security breach.

I chose this hotel prior to a flight from Luton airport the following morning it's actually quite a distance from the airport so make sure you leave a lot earlier than expected if you are using this for that reason as there is a lot of traffic enroute there is no lift at the hotel so the poor receptionist helped me up 4 flights of stairs to my room with my suitcase there are limited parking spaces so make sure you arrive early to get one and the carpark is shared with the restaurant customers as well other than that it's just the usual typical premier inn
