Great house in a quiet street.
Walk to the shops or the beach (including the dog beach) in a matter of minutes. There is no need to take the car when you go out for dinner.
Large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen.
HIgh speed WIFI and Fetch TV
Huge secure back yard, plenty of space to kick a ball or just chill out.
Linen is not included in our rates.
Doonas and pillows (and covers) are provided. you can either bring your own sheets towels and pillowcases or book via our cleaners at $20 per bed.
The house is located in a quiet street literally 1 minute away from the town centre of Dunsborough. 1 minutes walk to the Bungalow and Blue Manna and 5 mins walk to the beach.
You can walk into town in the morning and either have a full cooked breakfast at one of the cafés, or alternatively, grab some fresh bread and coffee from the bakery and sit under the peppermint trees and watch the birds in the huge back garden.
The house has a huge master bedroom upstairs with a walk in robe and en suite and a sofa and TV.
It is an ideal getaway any time of the year, having either split system air conditioning or ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, and a split system air con in the main living area and master bedroom.
There is no need to take your car out if you want to go to dinner, all the town centre restaurants are less than 5 minutes away.
There are bedrooms and a toilet and bathroom on the ground floor so the house is also ideal for elderly guests who don't wish to use the stairs.

Such a fantastic location
This is our 3rd stay at this property. Our 2 dogs loved the huge,safe backyard & we loved the location. Lorraine is so lovely to deal with. Hopefully we get to stay again

Great location and space
Great location to walk to the town or beach. Our dogs loved the large backyard. Lorraine was fabulous and responsive to answer any queries.

Great location let down by poor amenity
Great location but let down by the details - no soap in any of the bathrooms. No batteries in one of the remotes. No remote for fan in second bedroom. All solvable but frustrating and leaving a poor impression.

Great place to stay
Really well located in Dunsborough close to beach and intown.
House is perfect for dogs.
Good size rooms and plenty of space.
Lorraine made check-in easy and even got a late checkout which was awesome.
Would definitely stay again.

Happy Easter in Dunsborough
Lorraine's property was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 3 tiny dogs. The outside entertainment area is a lovely quiet space which our dogs loved. The new bathroom is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped with excellent cookware.
The house is in a great location being close to the town centre and the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter break in Dunsborough.

We had a great time. The house was spacious and had everything we needed in an excellent location. The pups had a great time too. We hope to comeback soon.

Great location, great value
We had a lovely time with our group of 6 and 2 small dogs. There’s enough rooms for 2 couples and 2 singles. The house is convenient, comfortable enough and a good price compared to other places. It looks better in real life than on the photos I think. The best thing is the location, a stone’s throw away from the town -walk to the pub at night :) - and just a short nice walk to the beach. We really enjoyed not having to drive all the time!
