The service was exceedingly good at ZhongZhou hotel. I stayed with my wife and had a second room for my daughter and son in law. The lobby always had someone to open doors/press the elevator button for guests. What really stood out to me was the attitude of the workers. Breakfast typically starts at 7, when I mentioned I had to leave at 6:15, the worker at the restaurant told me to come early, and she would have it ready for me. Unfortunately no fitness center but the laundry room was a plus. There were also plenty of washing machines (no dryers). This hotel truly felt like a second home. The rooms and beds were also comfortable and clean. A fantastic stay overall, would definitely stay here again.

The room is a bit small, but it is still relatively clean, the waiters are very good, the water is delivered, the invoice is very powerful, and the tireless, showing the excellent style of a tourist city! There is also a very close beef noodle restaurant next to it. It opens at 6 o'clock. Eat a bowl of hot beef noodles, and the whole body exudes a strong beef flavor!

This hotel accepts foreigners. Location is not far from Dunhuang night market. Reception is nice and welcoming although they did not speak english. Translation app will do just fine. 100rmb deposit at check-in and they will give you back at check-out if everything is fine. Room is small, quite old and basic. Smoking is allowed inside hotel floors so it felt really suffocationg. The faucet in the bathroom did not give hot water, only the shower did. The only thing I don’t like is the AC (also heater) emitted kind of a burning smell which made the room suffocated. I turned on for a while and turned off in order to sleep safely.

Location is very ideal, along a pleasant Main Street, around 5 to 8 mins walk to night market, yet away from the rowdiness of tourists. Just opposite there are convenience shops, a western bakery (Angelia) and stretch of small restaurants in an alley which are of good quality. Front desk services are fantastic especially helpful for foreigners ( though they don’t speak English- try to use e-translator), regarding local attractions and getting a cab for you if encounter difficulties. They are genuinely helpful to try to overcome your difficulties. Special mention on Ya Jin who even asked her regular taxi driver to accompany us to buy the Mogao Grottoes tickets and arranged for a long distance taxi trip to Liuyuan South Railway station. Wang Na also offered her WeChat contact number if we have difficulties coming back at night. Really warm hospitality. Even the hotel driver who fetched us from the airport was nice(complimentary service). The housekeepers are too hardworking. Only complain I have is the breakfast which served exactly the same thing every morning and of limited choices. Thus Angelia bakery just opposite was really a good alternative.

I had 4 nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The owner 'Siao Fang' is very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you. The cleaning ladies help to clean the room daily and replenishment are sufficient. Hostel in a strategic location about 15 mins walk to D'un Huang night market and you can catch local buses to cressant desert with only RMB2 and Mogao Cave RMB5 only. It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

But if you take the western route, that is, to Yangguan and Yumenguan, you can walk around Yangguan in the morning. You are required to come out at 12 o'clock. If you don't plan to eat, there is no need to come out, because the one-day tour group will also leave 1 hour for lunch at noon. Everyone must pay attention to this. The driver will take the passengers to a restaurant near Yangguan for dinner, all at their own expense, so if you don't want to eat, just tell them in advance and you can have a good look around Yangguan. Other aspects of the hotel are very satisfactory. Sometimes I don't drink water, and the waiter still puts two bottles for me every day. Very warm.

The good aspects of this article: [Service] The girl who picked me up at the airport was beautiful and gentle. [Location] At the entrance from the airport to the center of Dunhuang, next to the north building of Dunhuang Hotel. It is a hundred meters away from the night market and Yiwang shopping. [Value for money] The price of 70 or 80 in winter is still very affordable. [Room] Dry and wet are separated, but there is no free water. There is a supermarket on the left side of the door, so buying a bottle of water is not a big deal. I found out after checking out that there are actually two kettles at the entrance of the lobby that have been boiling tea, which is actually equivalent to providing water.

The decoration style and the overall environment are very nice. It is right at the foot of Mingsha Mountain and surrounded by the desert. The whole environment is very suitable for taking pictures and is worth experiencing. The staff is also very enthusiastic. Due to some problems with our schedule, we arrived at the hotel very late. The service staff waited for us and gave us some snacks. We forgot to bring wine, and the service staff immediately solved the problem of wine for us. It is great to have such service in the desert. Every aspect is very considerate. It makes people feel very happy! I will go again next time if I have the chance.

沒辦法給到特別高的評價。我住的第一個房間沒有WiFi，讓我蹭其他房間的。空調也不出風，阿姨講要等它燒一會兒，我插着電卡一直開着空調去了一趟月牙泉回來，空調還在燒，還是沒有風。我尋思都是小問題，我訂的雙床房，把隔壁床的被子拿過來蓋就行了，直到我放了十分鐘熱水，發現完全沒有的時候，真的住不了，我才去找前台換了個房間。服務：是沒問題的，態度其實還不錯，有問題都有在及時解決。要求換房間也算是比較痛快。設施：有大問題，如圖所示，洗髮水打開就是這樣，住了三晚，幾乎每天換的洗髮水都會出現這種情況。換了房間之後，洗澡的熱水是有，但是要等很久很久，水也很小，花灑淋浴噴頭也可以考慮換掉了，到處噴，就是淋不到身上。而且二樓房間隔音比三樓好得多。二樓廁所是智能馬桶，用遙控的，但是缺了一個電池？好傢伙，還好我提前試了一下發現用不了沒電池，要不然上完廁所發現沒辦法沖掉再去找前台更尷尬... 衞生：實話不是特別好，第一個房間的床品如圖所示，我一個男人哪有這麼長的頭髮，不知道哪裡來的黑線，床上還有一些渣。換了第二個房間就以後好得多了。環境：整體來講還不錯，離夜市也不遠，步行大概十分鐘左右吧，去火車站機場莫高窟的公交車站也很近，也是十分鐘左右。
