You have to pay when you come in and go out, and you have to pay again when you come in and go out. This is the first time I've seen this in so many times of staying in hotels. It's okay to charge, but the key is that the parking lot management is particularly irregular. There is only an old lady looking after it, and she only knows how to ask for money. Since there is a parking fee, you should manage it well. There was such thick snow and no one cleaned it. I slipped when I walked and almost fell. They also quarreled with us because of the parking fee. Their attitude was extremely bad. Then we called the front desk, and the front desk said that the parking lot was not under the management of the hotel, so the parking fee was not collected by the hotel. However, there was a sign hanging at the entrance of the parking lot, which clearly stated that the charging unit was the Aegean Sea Hotel. The front desk staff hung up on me before I finished speaking. This is the service attitude of the front desk. It's not that we can't afford the five yuan parking fee. This attitude of handling problems makes people extremely angry!

An accident occurred during off-road driving. My husband and I both had lumbar fractures. We needed to lie down and recuperate after being discharged from the hospital. We chose the Aegean Hotel nearby and stayed there for three weeks. We felt the enthusiasm of the hotel leaders, employees, and cleaning staff. Because we needed a hard bed to protect our waist, we told the hotel cleaning lady No. 3 about our needs. Aunt No. 3 immediately reported to the leader and found a board in time to help me put it under my body. During this period, Aunt No. 3 responded to our requests, helped us buy things, cleaned, and greeted us with a smile every day. It was very heartwarming. On the last day, our train ticket was in the evening, and we needed to check out late. We told the hotel and the leader agreed immediately. They really treated the guests like family. In addition, the hotel room was not big, but very clean, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the bath water was large. It was a very good hotel and recommended. The room was warm and clean. The front desk staff were very responsible, warm and thoughtful. I stayed there for two days in a row. I hope the lights in the room can be brighter. It feels better to have a brighter room when taking children out. This is just my personal opinion.
