This stay was great! The lady at the front desk was enthusiastic and professional. She took the initiative to help us upgrade our room type and also recommended nearby delicacies. The room service was very responsive and even helped me with the charging cable I forgot to bring! Full marks for detail service, sincerely recommended!

The bathroom in the room was very smelly. I used plastic bags to block it for three days, but it didn't work. On the third day, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the floor was not mopped. Breakfast was not self-service. You had to eat whatever you brought.

Not only is the price expensive, but the most basic cleaning service is not enough. When I extended my room, I went to the front desk to ask for cleaning. When I came back from outing (17:30 p.m.), I went into the room and found that no cleaning was done. I went to the front desk again and asked for cleaning. I waited for 40 minutes.
