1.前台懶散，辦理入住耽誤了十幾分鍾
2.半夜回到酒店，發現純凈水用完，酒店已有規矩為由，不再提供純凈水，也不售賣給我們，半夜讓我去哪裡買飲用水？
3.一大早還在熟睡，打掃房間的突然開了房間門。且沒有任何道歉

房間一般，給我預訂的是把頭的房間，房間還有三個頂燈不亮，床單被罩感覺使用了好多年了一樣，而且還有異味，毛巾基本沒敢用毛巾還有上一波客人留下的長頭髮，燒水壺水垢嚴重而且壺身衞生堪憂，在住酒店以來在退房第一次遇到前台不能為客人提供發票打印，最後折騰半小時終於把發票打印上了，差點誤了火車車，自己開車方便，要是打出租車有點不方便，衹有一點就是在旅遊季這價位能在敦煌頂上酒店已經很不錯了。

酒店房間寬敞明亮舒適，設施齊全，電視投屏也非常棒，隔音效果也不錯，客房服務阿姨們也是恪盡職守，熱情周到，需要什麼也能很好的幫忙解決，前台客服小姐姐們，漂亮，很熱情，是一家不錯的酒店，下次出差還是過來旅遊，還會選擇這家！關鍵，停車場很大，真的不錯的酒店！

入住後房間味道大，衞生間馬桶未清洗，地面有濃郁的尿味，聯繫前台衹是來打掃，並未根據本人要求更換房間，非常差的入住體驗

預訂的兩晚豪華大床房，免費給升級成了親子房。兩張床比較寬敞，軟硬合適睡着比較舒服。不過房間比較老，衞生間設施一般。
