The experience of staying at Tianhe Hotel is very good. The room is large and spacious. The clean and hygienic shower room and comfortable bed make the tiring journey a little better. The breakfast and dinner are also rich. The Chinese restaurant for dinner is a private room and is well managed. I especially like Yang Xiufen from the housekeeping department. She will give warm greetings and reminders every day, and will also introduce the hotel's services, such as buying tickets for guests, introducing the hotel's food, and specially preparing foot bathing services to wash away the fatigue of the day. I will remember this hotel and stay here next time.

Between Dunhuang Villa, Sheraton and Tianhe, I chose the deluxe business standard room of Tianhe Hotel and booked two nights + two nights of Sheraton. Later, due to the change of itinerary, I changed it to Tianhe Deluxe Business King Bed for three nights on May 3. The standard room was only 732/night, and the king bed room I booked was 1100/night. I read the reviews before. Some people said there was a bathtub, and some people said there was no coffee machine. When I checked in, I carried two 24-inch large boxes and two backpacks into the lobby. There was no concierge, no luggage cart, and a man standing at the front desk looked at me (I later learned that it was Manager Shi from the sales department). I asked if there was no concierge? The manager answered that he had gone to set up the exhibition! I rolled my eyes in my heart, then why don't you help me? You just watched, without any sense of hotel service! When checking in, I asked the lady at the front desk if there was a bathtub? The last three days of the 14-day trip were in Dunhuang, and I still wanted to be more comfortable. The front desk said no... I took out Ctrip and said it was written here. At this time, the man pointed at my phone and said that this photo was a suite. I said it said a luxurious big bed, and he was still saying that this was a suite! He was so anxious! At this time, I was very annoyed with him! I asked the lady at the front desk if I could upgrade? The lady was about to open her mouth, but he interrupted and said that this was a suite. I said I would pay the difference! The lady was about to open her mouth again, and he interrupted again: Do it quickly, make up the difference! I was speechless. The lady looked at me with the room card and my ID card. At this moment, she was already very unhappy. I said, give me the room card, any room is fine, I am checking in on credit, you can deduct the money yourself! Then I pulled two pieces of luggage upstairs, and the man just looked at me... or another lady came over to press the elevator for me. At this time, I was so angry that I forgot to ask a series of questions such as the location and time of breakfast, how to register the license plate for the vehicle parked in the basement, and even didn’t know which building I lived in! Later, when I passed by the front desk at night, I remembered that the front desk lady and I only said one sentence during the whole stay: Is there a bathtub? Answer: No! Then she looked at me and I looked at her, and listened to the man interrupting! After going upstairs, I was anxious to work and wift couldn’t be used, so I went to the housekeeping department again. At this time, I asked about the room problem. The response speed of repairing wifi was still very fast! It turned out that mine was indeed a suite. The lady opened a suite for me at the beginning. She held the room card in her hand and kept watching me and talking to Manager Shi. I couldn’t interrupt! In the following three days, I went in and out, and the service attitude of all the staff was really good, including meeting me in the elevator when I went down to the basement, and accompanied me to walk to find the car for fear that I couldn’t find the car! So if I have the opportunity to come to Dunhuang again, I should choose Tianhe again! Finally, I would like to write to the hotel managers. Your sales department is not a good staff just because of how many activities it attracts. If Zeiss and the business school can come, it is not necessarily the credit of the sales staff. It is more about the good service and good reputation that bring customers! You can't let the hotel's service down just because he signed the order and attracted customers! It is also extremely impolite for a man to interrupt two ** magazines! Another point is that such a big hotel, in and out for three days, there is really no concierge or porter. I suggest you learn from Zhangye Hotel, Wuwei Liangzhou Hotel, or Dunhuang Villa. The concierge service is basically comparable to that of a five-star hotel in Beijing! (Before leaving, I went to Dunhuang Villa on purpose. There were two cars in the parking lot, but there were four concierges at the door, and they were very well behaved!)

It was my first time to the Northwest, and I saw what a strong wind is when I left the airport! However, when I arrived at the hotel, it was unexpectedly grand, just like the generosity of the Northwest people. The housekeeper Wang Juanjuan at the front desk provided attentive service, and upgraded our room type for the second day for free, gave the children free coupons for breakfast for two days, sent foot bath supplies every night, and reminded us to eat beef noodles in the morning... Even though we couldn't go out because of the sandstorm, it was also very nice for the family to watch TV and eat in the spacious and high-ceilinged luxury suite. It was a happy vacation⛱️
