Great service, a hotel more than 6 star, from first sight it is like a palace, and staff our super friendly, even prepared us a foot bath after a long day, very considerable and highly recommended

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with inquiries about tourist sites and even allowing us to use their local number to order food. The location is convenient and is quiet at night.

A large grand hotel. We went beginning of November just as the main tourist season was over. The swimming pool was shut and generally the hotel felt a bit in hibernation mode. It is well located for taking a taxi to the tourist sites and you can just about walk into the centre of town.

提前聯繫升級了房間，這點很棒。總體來説房間還是不錯，在敦煌算可以的。玩累了回酒店還準備了熱水泡腳。前台禮賓服務基本沒有，行李也是需要自己從車上拿下來，沒人來接。總體來説還是不錯。早餐一般，能吃。

天河入住的體驗非常棒。房型很大，寬敞。整潔和衞生的淋浴房，舒服的床，都讓疲憊的旅程變得美好一點。早餐和晚餐也很豐富，晚餐中餐館是包間，管理得井井有條。特別贊一下客房部的楊秀芬，每天都會有温馨的問候和提醒，也會介紹酒店的服務，比如説代客買票，介紹酒店的美食，還特地準備了泡腳服務，一洗當天的疲勞。會記得這家酒店，下次再來居住。

入住的時候極度不愉快，連住三天，還是給了好評，不能因為某一個人對一個酒店失去客觀的評價！早餐牛肉麪連吃三天，太好吃了！確實沒有咖啡機！晚上的泡腳桶驚呆了我，必須鼓掌！
下面寫寫為什麼不愉快！3.20開始計劃河西走廊之旅，計劃在敦煌住四晚，在敦煌山莊＆喜來登＆天河之間，選擇了天河大酒店的豪華商務標間預訂了兩晚＋喜來登兩晚，後來因為行程的改變，5.3改成了天河豪華商務大床三晚，標間才732/晚，我訂的大床房1100/晚，之前看評價，有人説有浴缸，有人説沒有咖啡機，入住的時候一個人託了兩個24寸大箱子兩個背包走進大堂，沒有禮賓員，沒有行李車，前台站着一個男的就看着我（後來知道是銷售部石經理）我問沒有禮賓嗎？那個經理搶答都去布展了！我心裏一百個白眼，那你倒是幫幫忙呀就看着，沒有一點酒店服務意識！辦理手續的時候我問前台小姐姐有浴缸嗎？14天行程最後三天在敦煌，還是想好好的舒服一點，前台説沒有…我拿出攜程説這裏寫的有，此時那個男的指着我手機説這個照片是套房，我説寫的豪華大床，他還在説這是套房！急赤白臉的！此時我已經非常煩他了！我問前台小姐姐能升級嗎？小姐姐剛要張嘴他又插話這是套房吧啦吧啦，我説那我補差價！小姐姐又要張嘴他又插嘴：快辦快辦，補差價！我都無語了，小姐姐舉着房卡和我的身份證看着我，此刻已經重度不愉快了，我説你把房卡給我吧，什麼房間都可以，我是信用入住你自己扣錢就可以了！然後拉着兩個行李上樓，那個男的就看着……還是另一個小姐姐跑過來給我摁電梯，此時氣的我已經忘了問早餐位置，時間，車輛停地庫怎麼註冊車牌等等一系列問題，甚至連我住的是幾號樓都不知道！後來晚上路過前台，才想起來整個入住我和前台小姐姐就説了一句話：有浴缸嗎？答：沒有！然後就是她看着我我看着她，聽那個男的插話！上樓以後着急辦公wift不能用，又找客房部，這時候才好好問了問房間的問題，修理wifi的響應速度還是非常快的！原來我這個確實是套房，小姐姐一開始就給我開的套房，房卡舉在手裡一直看着我和那個石經理説話。插不上嘴！後續三天進進出出，各位工作人員的服務態度真的很好，包括電梯間遇見我下地庫，怕我找不到車陪着我一直走路找車！所以如果還有機會再來敦煌，應該還會選擇天河！最後寫給酒店的管理者，你的銷售部不是拉來多少的活動就是好的工作人員，蔡司能來，商學院能來，那不一定是銷售人員的功勞，更多的是好的服務＆好的口碑帶來的客源！不能因為他簽了單拉了客人，就給酒店的服務拉胯！一個男人在兩個**志之間搶話也是一種極度沒禮貌的行為！還有一點，這麼大的酒店，進進出出三天，確實沒有禮賓or行李員，這一點建議好好學學張掖賓館，武威涼州賓館，或者敦煌山莊，禮賓服務基本媲美北京五星級酒店！（離開前特意去了敦煌山莊，停車場一共兩輛車，但是門口四位禮賓員，規規矩矩的！）
