Dunhuang Hotel

The hotel's service is simply amazing! First, I called to inquire about airport pickup, and the staff patiently and thoroughly answered my questions, instantly boosting my impression! Upon entering the hotel, the front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, even carrying my luggage to my room. At breakfast, every member of the restaurant staff was incredibly welcoming and warm. Although I was a little disappointed that my coffee was taken away (before I even took a sip), I was relieved by the staff's prompt reassurance and relocation. As always, mistakes are nothing to be ashamed of, as long as they're promptly corrected and addressed with care. At check-out, they even walked me to the curb and helped call a taxi. The service was impeccable from start to finish! This minor coffee incident doesn't detract from my full rating for this hotel!

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of Dunhuang Night Market and conveniently located for food and shopping. Attentive service: The front desk was friendly and professional, check-in was quick, and we even received a free room upgrade! They were also very responsive to any requests. The front desk staff, Xiao Li and Xiao Liu, were incredibly nice! They even gave us a magic square and helped us arrange shoe covers! The room was comfortable: clean and tidy, with soft bedding, excellent soundproofing, and modern amenities. The lobby's tea bar, coffee machine, and freshly brewed tea were all excellent. An added bonus: the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the rooftop view was stunning, with a view of the summit of Crescent Lake. It was an excellent value! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would definitely stay there again on my next trip!

The hotel is full of Dunhuang elements. I was very satisfied with the room layout and facilities, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, I have a small suggestion: a desktop trash can and tissue paper in the wash area would be perfect.

The location is great, right in the city center, just five minutes from the night market. This is my second time staying here. It was newly renovated this year. The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the rooms are all smart and clean. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and after check-in, they even explained how to use the room's smart features. When I checked out, I met Mr. Zhang from the engineering department, who was very helpful with my luggage and even called a taxi at the door. This trip was a truly enjoyable experience!
