到酒店後房型進行了免費升級，整體非常滿意。酒店的設施正在更新中，餐廳好像也在準備重新開業中，並趕上入住第二天外面電力設施施工、停電，所以設施這項不是滿分。
這個酒店不在市中心，但交通非常方便: 從酒店出去幾分鐘就是公交站，到月牙泉、博物館都不遠。從酒店到敦煌博物館走路10分鐘左右，到月牙泉公交幾站路、車費1元，到市中心夜市公交也衹有幾站、車費1元，市中心到酒店打車7塊多；早晨從酒店到莫高窟數字中心打車28元。
住的舒服，酒店服務人員和藹可親。
在敦煌這個不大的旅遊城市，在外面吃完飯回酒店，這個酒店是不錯的選擇。
這個酒店的院子本就是個小花園，雖然缺打理，但滿園春色、正在綻放的杏花和一些叫不上名字的花非常有看頭。
這個酒店是我近年住過性價比最好的酒店。

位置離博物館不太遠，住了兩天，第三天想住網上訂沒有了，前台説網上錯了，可以現場訂，可惜漲到一百多，我就沒訂第三天。總體還可以，房間內乾淨。

雖然是一家老店，但是乾淨整潔。尤其是地毯清理的很乾凈。看得出來是用心管理的。停車很方便，院子裡外都可以停。就是要記得早餐6:30就可以了。剛從新疆出來的我們差點沒吃上。因為新疆基本都是8點到10點以上

在沒有提前告知我的情況下，到住處時臨時告訴我，我在網上定的房子沒有了，把我換到了酒店院子裏另一處地方，是個二層的山莊建築，我的房間被安排在了側門一進去的第一間。。。話説那麼大的二層樓山莊建築，我一個女生住在最陰的第一層走廊盡頭。。。感覺很不舒服也有點害怕，不知道是不是自己多想了。。。

房間比較好，令人滿意，衞生還可以。服務不太好，衞生間沒有衞生紙，沒有洗手液或香皂。餐廳菜品食材缺乏，我們按照菜牌點四道菜，三道沒有。比如，沒有羊肉，沒有芹菜拌杏仁等等
