兒子外地打拚把家業丟給長者，賓館目前是老兩口經營，位置較偏僻。本來聊得投機，後來戲劇性故事發生了。
翌日清晨退房忘記退按金，後來老闆抵賴説退過了。情急之下衹能110報警，警察叔叔很負責，很快調取前台錄像，最後發現確實忘了退按金，微信轉給我了。幾點反思：
1. 年齡大了可能健忘糊塗，不知故意還是無意，也許抱着一絲幻想我不再追究或者忘記了就可以盈利100元？
2. 健忘就做好記錄啊！！收了按金不提供按金條等憑證，手續有漏洞；當然我沒及時索要按金也該反思！幸虧有警察，幸虧有監控
3. 警察出面前攜程找過老闆，老闆沒有認真核實，酒店的敷衍糊弄造成了警力的浪費
4. 老闆退還按金後，攜程再次核實，老闆胡説八道抵賴忘記退，攜程輕信老闆説辭，是非不分
5. 老闆給我造成一些麻煩，連句客氣話都沒有，沒有看到絲毫歉意愧疚，他可能覺得理所應當吧，我作為晚輩不想罵的太難聽，但是這樣的酒店這種長者不值得尊重，不會再去了
6. 回想起老闆娘給我洗衣粉時，十分摳門，我説了好幾件衣服，結果衹給我一個杯底，太摳門了，一桶洗衣粉才價值多少？

我們在敦煌一個不經意的路邊發現，決定進去看看，酒店環境一般，不過很實惠，老闆人也挺好，周邊交通方便。
