Dunhuang Dunyue Hotel (Shazhou Night Market)

The air conditioner in the hotel room was turned on for more than 20 minutes and could not blow hot air. The hot water was left on for more than 20 minutes and the hot water could not be discharged. I went downstairs to find the front desk to deal with it. The front desk on duty that night (a lady in a white down jacket with a high ponytail) was very impatient and said that she would not be home right away. It can blow hot air and release hot water without any treatment! ! ! When I came back after dinner, I said again that I needed to take care of it, so I called customer service. I left the air conditioner and hot water on for half an hour and it still didn't work. I changed the room and it released a little warm water. I couldn't take a shower or wash my hair. The air conditioner blew all night and it still wasn't hot. Go to bed with your clothes on. There is no hot water at all in the morning. I don’t recommend staying at their place. They have this attitude in the off-season when there are not many people, let alone in the peak season when there are many people.

The front desk service attitude is not good.

離夜市和博物館挺近，環境不錯，不含早餐，周圍吃飯挺方便。酒店設施簡單了些，但衞生乾淨，廁所不大，乾濕分離，總體性價比比較高，

最近有幸入住了敦煌敦悦大酒店，些這次體驗真的是讓人印象深刻，一進大廳就北被大堂的温馨服務所打動，前台工作人員態度親切，辦理入住微笑服務。讓人感受到家一般的温暖。非常好！

簡直是太好了，酒店所有智能設備都能用，特別新的酒店，乾淨漂亮，整潔，舒服，敦化市區很安全，我家箱子全在車頂上，開一天車了，懶得卸了，特別安全的一夜，真心的喜歡，謝謝商家
