Sand on floor on arrival. No towels at alll in the bathroom. I called reception for towels. Ok. Next day, the cleaners clean the room and remove the used towels but didn’t replace with new ones. Again I have to call reception to bring towels. My 3 nights there, the cleaning of the floors was really poor. Floors were not swept and I could see hairs on the floor. Ok. They were my own hairs, but still. Sweep the floor! Cleaners also do not remove used porcelain cups with clean cups. The furniture, and bedding are really nice. But shame about the poor cleaning job. Also, there is no place to hang up the towels in the bathroom. Very odd.

Very good hotel, very nice room but they should clean the corner better. We mixe up the reservation date but they were able to let us stay. Very nice painting at the entrance. Thank you

Stayed in Dunhuang for four nights. It was a great experience and great value for money! The airport pick-up service was also great. I met a very good driver. Thank you! I have been to many scenic spots, and Dunhuang is now the first in my mind! I feel at home and I don't want to leave! Highly recommended!
