Not bad location standard service

It was very comfortable.

Mediocre hotel with few facilities. Room was comfortable but poorly cleaned e.g. dust on table, teabags not replaced. Breakfast disappointing, one day no tea and no vegetables. Only good thing was one staff member, Apple, who was very helpful booking show tickets and giving tourist advice.

Staff were courteous, and the fruit bowl was replenished daily. The room was vast, and could strike some as under-furnished, but it had all I needed and the bed was very comfortable. There are numerous restaurants in the surroundings, but my visit coincided withe Chinese New Year, and a good 95% of the city was shut during my stay. The nearby 'river' is a pleasant place to stroll, though perhaps not in the depths of winter. The Night Market (again, not functioning in January) is close by.

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel service is impeccable, everyone is warm and smiling. We have to go to Mogao Grottoes early in the morning. The hotel is very considerate to help you pack breakfast for free to eat on the road. Generally, few hotels can do this. The bed is also very comfortable. The overall room is quiet. I will stay here again next time. It was a perfect experience! !

If you are hungry, there are some free snacks on the small cabinet next to the wardrobe, and even the hair dryer and razor have dedicated sockets, which can be said to be full of details. Regarding the front desk service, Manager Yang handles things very professionally, is very enthusiastic to our customers, and will answer any questions in time. In the morning, there are a variety of breakfasts, including beef noodles with Gansu characteristics, Western-style Chinese breakfast, and fruits, salads, and yogurt. You don't have to worry about not adapting to the Northwest diet. There is a free self-service bar in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, which has chrysanthemum tea and snacks. There are a lot of bottled water on each floor of the hotel, and the supply of bottled water is unlimited, which is a good response to the situation that our tourists drink a lot of water after coming to the Northwest, which is conducive to preventing heatstroke. The hotel was very considerate and contacted me one day in advance to arrange a free airport pick-up service. On the day of check-in, which was the Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel gave each of us a rice dumpling. When checking in, they also gave us some small Dunhuang gifts. The breakfast was also good.
